Ideas are cheap, but it takes someone with vision to see it through. It takes a visionary to change the world, and Magnus had the vision. He had the drive, the motivation. He knew that was true of Marshall too. What man didn't want that? To change the world to bend for them? Not a one. Guy was taking wine and selling it for an insane profit. Why did he want the money? He holds his hand out. "Hang with me, guy. You'll see that yarn I'm spinning doesn't come short."

It's something to know that your cellmate was the type to beat people, but as Marshall complimented the action, and asked for details himself, Magnus felt the obligation come in to give him that much. Teet for tat, and if he wanted to make this work, he'd have to get on Marshall's good side.[break][break]

"I just figured it was time for him to learn his lesson. He tried to get me to take out the trash. I did, but Ma didn't like it." He was grinning ear-to-ear. Hearing Marshall's story, Magnus' grin stopped dead, as he listened, squinting his golden eyes. Did he hear that right? Man was trying to take liquor to sell it? At first, he figured that it would be to glug that shit down. What a lot of stupid teenagers did was steal to enjoy that forbidden fruit, but this guy...[break][break]

If his grin could get any bigger as it returned, it would almost be creepy.[break][break]

"Goddamn, my kinda guy!" He laughs, a boisterous one at that as he slaps his knee, getting up from the bed. Towering over Marshall, it wasn't him looking down on the guy, he was standing to be equals with him. "You got a good head on your shoulders, Slade! I like that. Smart!" He's loud, he's proud, and he's making sure Marshall knows how impressed he is.[break][break]

"I need a guy who can make some money once we're out of here. Ever considered workin' with someone who isn't a complete pussy? Someone who watches ya' back?" Again, an attack on Tommy's character, but one he full-heartedly believed in. If someone couldn't understand supply and demand and ran off at the first sign of trouble, they were a spineless little wimp. All there was to it.[break][break]

"I got a vision, see." He points to the side of his head, poking at his cranium. "Burnin' in my head, right? Stick with me, and we'll run Unova."

Best part about Pinky here with the fat tits was that, she knew exactly how to handle a dog, and Magnus was internally barking with a simple Damn, she's into me. Chemistry? Yeah, he read a book on that once in juvie. Apparently, there's some sorta chemical, and she's got it. Consider how fine she looked, she knew how to work the shaft, it only made Magnus more inclined.[break][break]

With a whistle from Magnus, Latte was up, and sitting, Coco too, both Houndooms now letting Juliet move as she liked.[break][break]

When her digits trail down his jawline, she says every word he wants to hear, the nails tracing down his neck, he can hear her nervous laugh. He knows the throes of lust, the dirty tango, and she's giving every signal under the sun. Either his game is off, her lips are magnetizing his face closer, or he's just got the dog in him, but when she asks for the ride, or somewhere close by.[break][break]

There wasn't any more pretense. If she didn't know at this point, unlikely as it was, maybe this wasn't the slam dunk he wanted. But he was making it abundantly clear what he wanted.

Guy isn't wrong though. Magnus was cheating, having played the system to get all the information he needed. It leads his lips to curve upwards.[break][break]

Five to be exact. Thirteen years old and taller than pops does that, and a mother so scared her husband would die to the freak son calls in, and suddenly bam, five years in juvie. It was lucky Magnus didn't get to rot in jail soon after, but that's the way it goes.[break][break]

"What was the contraband? Dirty mags? Food?" He didn't get that information, and after explaining his own crime, he felt he was owed that much. "Come on, what did little pussy Tommy run for? Couldn't have been all that important."[break][break]

Maybe beating on this little bitch named Tommy, the duo could grow as friends.

Coco and Latte watch little Zaba paw back, both sides throwing paws up to each other, in either greeting, or acknowledgment. But when the Zigzagoon begins to dart about, it's Coco that begins to bark and chase after. Latte merely looks on sleepily, and goes to lay under the nearby tree, curiosity satiated. Low energy hound. Coco, on the other hand, is making happy pants for the first time in awhile.[break][break]

As she chases and plays with Zaba, Magnus turns and points. "Mine? Baby, call me Adorable." Toothy smirk, but he waves a finger towards the running Houndoom. Then to the sleepy one. "Coco is the energetic. She never got to be a puppy too much. Shelter-raised-" Then over towards the other Houndoom, sleepy. "-Latte over there was abandoned. Took him in real quick."[break][break]

Then he turns fully, propping his head up with his arm.[break][break]

"Real name is Magnus though. I run the gang called Orthrus. Heard of us?" He smirks, and does not hesitate in checking Mint out the whole time. Enjoying the color of red on little Mint.[break][break]

Oh yeah. This was an easy swish. Could even do it on the bench here. Magnus has done worse.

Castelia City Juvenile Hall sits within the city proper, further than the Castelia City Jail, but not so far away that the two places wouldn't be somewhat synonymous by location. The walls are a blank yellowish-white, a few stains in locations by water damage of the nearby showers, and especially of the boys cell block, there are barred rooms likened to an actual jail cell. The place used to be a jail, so it makes sense at least. A hallway filled with barred rooms with two beds a piece, with mattresses that make those who sleep on them envious of those stuck sleeping on benches; the rigid mattress leaving problems on the back for years to come.[break][break]

Laying down on the bottom bunk, the monstrous six foot five teenager Magnus sits in his over-sized orange trousers and white tank top, his feet bare, and his hair wild with blue and white streaks, dyed partially. Earbuds sat blasting music into his ears, as it was some of the only shit he could do these days after the morning cavity search and breakfast.[break][break]

Apparently, today, some asshat got himself the lucky position of being his new cellmate. Guards even told him of that shit. After feeding them a couple fives, they gave him a name. @marshall. Apparently, he got into some small time crimes, but their days would line up well with release. One weekend he'd get out, the next so would Magnus.[break][break]

Sounded like a good time to get this show on the road.[break][break]

Magnus had spent most of his time in the juvie library as of late, reading books upon books and strange topic after strange topic. The warden, this weasel-y fatass with a stick so far up his ass it might as well come out the other end, for whatever reason, had this crazy notion to break the wheel, and fix the system. Though unconvinced, it did give Magnus an outlet. Days he didn't workout in the fitness area, he'd spend reading about economics, stocks, and the finer details of organizational business.[break][break]

He had a plan when he got out. He lost his teenage years here in juvie. He'd make up for lost time by bending Unova over his knee. All it takes is an ear to the ground, a crafty mind, and opportunity.[break][break]

The cell bars began to unlock in his cell, where a new arrival finally found his way thrown in. The cuffs would be taken off by one of the guards, allowing the young man free roam as the bars shut themselves. And from it now, right on the bottom bunk was sitting a readied Magnus, said to be one of the scarier boys set up in the jail at the tender age of seventeen, no less.[break][break]

"Marshall Slade. How was the shoplifting, roomie?" He has a knowing smirk on his face, a little joy in seeing how this boy is. His voice is husky, its deep, and how a seventeen year old grew this big is beyond anyone's guess. Maybe he drank a LOT of milk?[break][break]

Hit right on it though, not a moment to relent. Let the boy know he knows. With any luck, they would connect quickly... alternatively, if he was like the last cellmate Magnus had, he would have to get creative beating him into submission.[break][break]

Jack didn't like the taste of that idea, as the last time he did that, he nearly killed the guy. Oops. Sorry, Johnny. Maybe don't act like a pussy and steal the Hound of Juvie's food? Pussy deserved his spine getting shattered.[break][break]

Magnus had a good feeling about this one though.

All the while... the lie continued, as she smiled, feeling better now, but as she spoke in need of someone, he gave a sweet, facade of a smile. He tightens his grip. "Course not." He smirks, and almost gives something genuine. "If they leave, that's their problem. Me, I don't judge a woman just on the size of her tits. I want more." Like an ass and some legs. Now that made a woman. Or a man.[break][break]

Wow. He almost sounded sweet. Almost. But the facade continues.[break][break]

"If they can't learn, fuck'em baby. They didn't deserve you to begin with. Me though, I damn well know I do. You bein' foxy is just a bonus, mamacita." Affirmation, solidifying in the moment how sweet he wants to appear, as he holds her hand tighter and gives a soft smile. He knew he was working it, he was trying desperately to get her.[break][break]

He's at least half-truthful. It's a really genuine lesson he learned. Fuck fake people. People who give a shit, that's what matters. As he pulls her hand to his lips, he places his lips on the back of her hand, and gives a sultry look.[break][break]

"Something you wanna do, Pinky? You name it, Jack Magnus will help." He's trying to lead the conversation a little, to get what he wants. In truth, he'd do anything to get what he's after. Deplorable. Simply deplorable.[break][break]

Found all over Hoenn itself, one can find the signature white jacket with the two-headed dog as its signature symbol on the back. These loud individuals act as the gang members of ORTHRUS, a gang kickstarted many years ago all the way from Unova, having found their way to Hoenn just two years prior in 2021.[break][break]

Founded by its leader Jack Magnus, known as the Hell Hound of ORTHRUS, he is a man who has seen the system for what it is and wishes to break it over his knee, creating a gang of like-minded individuals who are disillusioned with the League, though not bending the knee to Rocket. Though this does not mean the members of ORTHRUS will not work with both. If Rocket needs an unsavory hit made, the dogs of war will be there. If the League needs a sting operation through less than savory means, the dogs of war will be there. In either case, the highest bidder win, and the lowest buys a one-way ticket to the ground, often times six-feet-under.

With their hideout located in MAUVILLE CITY, they have made a smaller name for themselves, and have been frequenting more and more around Hoenn as their numbers are steadily growing by the day. If one wishes to find them, they just need to head to the more troubling side of the city, find an old abandoned powerplant, follow the loud assholes, and you'll find it in no time. Though heavily decorated, the old plant has furnishings such as leathery couches and chairs, beds if people need to sleep in another room, guard posts, and believe it or not, a kitchen and pantry, paid for by Magnus himself to make sure to keep the morale of his many lapdogs.

MAUVILLE MODS & REPAIR

This motorcycle body shop provides Orthrus with income in two ways. First, it is a legitimate business run by gang members, providing repairs and modifications to customers both near and far. Marshall oversees this business due to his love of motorcycles.[break][break]

Second, the body shop's basement is host to an illegal fight club. Orthrus only invites those who swear to agree to the club's rules, whether they are members of the gang or not. Tournaments with betting are regular events.

CLUB OLYMPUS

Located in Mauville’s entertainment district, Club Olympus is a mixed gender host club. Catering to a wide range of clients, the club primarily offers services in-house. However, customers with particularly deep wallets may hire hosts or hostesses to accompany them to dinners, events, and other public outings.

• @marshall - Magnus' second-in-command, Marshall runs many of the large-scale operations in Mauville City. Despite being a loud, foulmouthed, and arrogant asshole, he possesses a streetwise cunning and a mind for business.
• @keira - Keira is third-in-command. She was the first person recruited by Magnus after Marshall: knew them both back in Unova where the gang originated. Keira is the quartermaster and “mom” of the gang, primarily involved with supply/resource procurement, headquarters management, overall finances, brokering new business deals/opportunities for the gang, finding and training new recruits, and making sure the boys eat their vegetables. She is also the business owner of Club Olympus: mess with any of her hostesses/hosts and she will cut you. Keira has a wicked temper and a “takes no shit” attitude, but she is fiercely loyal to the gang who she considers her beloved found family.
• ozias ambrose - There are many names the man goes by, but all circle back to Oz. From ‘the Hound’ as the champion of ORTHRUS’ fight club, to ‘Yeth Hound’ within the circle that hires him off as an assassin, Oz is your man. He’s seemingly the king of odd jobs and a jack of all trades by nature. But the best thing he’s good at? Getting into a fight.
• raphael dos plumas - Rough, ready, and always down to clown, Raph is multifaceted: bodyguard, enforcer, and, when needed, resident golden retriever. Utterly fearless and loyal to a fault, he's willing to do whatever is necessary to keep his family safe, even at the cost of his own life. What he lacks in tact he makes up for with heart-- but you *definitely* don't want to be on his bad side.
• @deimos - Head mechanic of Mauville Mods, Deimos is as handy with a wrench as he is handsy with anyone who looks his way. Sly and conniving, Dei uses his silver tongue and pretty looks to get his way.
• Leilani Ka’uhane - The creator of ORTHRUS’ Club Olympus, and one of the top hostesses (Olympians) at the club, Leilani is a brilliant shooting star. Tasked with intel gathering and networking for the gang, Lani uses her dangerously good looks and wicked charm to accomplish her goals. Leaving nothing but a trail of touched starved, fantasy craven victims in her wake.
• vee loxley - The youngest of the Orthus gang, she worked for a fierce rival gang before coming aboard as an Apprentice of Mauville Mods. She's an avid lover of any kind of cycle and is still adjusting to her new employer
• Jasmine Blair - One of the hostesses of Orthrus's Club Olympus. Jazz uses her good looks and suave moves to entice and trap the enemy. And if that doesn't work, be prepared to freeze with her ice-type Pokemon. She has a soft heart for the street rats, but she is a loyal lap dog to the man himself. Don't be surprised if she tries to bring you into the hideout for a good time, but you gotta obey the rules.

Nevertheless, his small stature, genuine reactions, and baby face gives him a reasonable amount of regulars at the club. When he's not doing any of the above, he's in the underground fighting ring, showing everyone that this smol, scrawny looking boy has some serious punch.

Releasing Coco and Latte now, at her behest, both hounds immediately realize Magnus' schemes, and hops onto the fountain step, and pushes into her, Latte specifically laying his head into her lap, as Magnus damn near breaks the spell, and narrowly avoids grabbing her ass.[break][break]

He was a guy. Men were a problem, and so was he. "That's Latte. Coco is the bitch-" And the Houndoom barks abrasively, irritated, hateful. Latte just chills out, rolling onto his back for belly rubs from Juliet.[break][break]

"You feel better, Pinky?" He took a step back... no sassing. Not until he pushes her hands into the wall and gets what he wants. He'd butter her heart up.[break][break]

He isn't even hurt by being disarmed, he just rebounds immediately, confidence unwavering. "This mean no more service tango though? No freaky horizontal? No trip to poundtown?
