"Onsen. A hot spring though the term also extends to cover the bathing facilities and traditional inns situated around a hot spring." Isra reads on the screen of her phone, it's sitting on the edge of the water where she's hanging off the edge. Her top half up against the side so she can read from her phone safely while her lower half is submerged. She's never been in one of these and she can't help but be curious about what all it entails.

Isra props her phone up on the towel she has left by the side of the spring, according to what she has read that is the traditional etiquette one is to follow while visiting an Onsen. She continues to scroll the screen with a single finger while the rest of her sinks back, reading the words on the screen and mouthing them to herself as she reads. A finger taps on her lips before typing something else into the search bar, looking for more information on the Onsen's as a whole.

It's late and as one might expect the Onsen seems to be fairly quiet, most everyone else is likely tired from the festivities and action. Isra has gone back and forth between napping and trying to participate but tonight she's decided to fall back again, enjoying a second to breath instead. Something tells her that's the purpose of the Onsen even though what she reads doesn't outright say it.

She's distracted by the information her phone is feeding her and doesn't pay too much attention to coming and going of the other late nighters, muttering no more than a "Good evening" to those that get close enough to warrant it.

It seemed she had stepped on some toes and she couldn't help but chuckle. It was such a silly little thing. What point was running back and forth when you had no real purpose to it? Nothing more than a waster of time. It taught you nothing.

She watched the little pokemon gather at his feet, tugging on his pants and wanting attention and without any hesitation reached into her small bag and produced a generic pokemon treat. Most any would be able to enjoy it. Kneeling she stretched out a hand for the pokemon to take them should they wish."If you would like. Feel free to rest your pokemon first though if you like, otherwise we can start whenever you want."

Her own pokemon sat at her hip, latched onto a belt that made them easy to retrieve under the abnormal circumstances of the event. Isra does not let them roam free in the same manner some of the others do. Not because she does not wish to but because when they leave home they have a job to do and part of it is not socializing outside of when she allows it. The battling is no different. The only one that is allowed to roam free is the Banette that surfaces from the shadows at the mentioning of a battle- mock or otherwise. He is eager as ever to potentially take a chance on the battle field.

it's not pretty but it is soft

the lady told me it was a reference of some kind and that I should have it

It is more curiosity than anything else that brings Isra to the training grounds. Every trainer has their own way of training their pokemon and it's an interesting subject to see and discuss. Though she sadly rarely can with her condition leading her to solitary training in the wee hours of the night when the rest of the world is asleep or hiding till morning.

Now however, is a prime chance for her with the gathering of people being so close. She's not about to pass up the chance to wander into the training grounds and find another individual there. What she sees however, is not quite what she hoped for but she can't bring herself to look away either.

"Do you plan on running away a lot?" in bare feet she makes no noise and she approaches him from behind. She stands on the balls of her feet, making her seem the slightest bit taller than she already is. She's delicate in her movement back to being flat foote as she eyes the trainer in question before turning her attention back to the pokemon.
