Gracie Mae was killing two birds with one stone in her visit to Lavaridge Town: One, she was able to pay her mentors a visit for the holidays (as well as take a relaxing dip in the famous hot springs home to Lavaridge – she was always looking for a reason to come to Lavaridge for that), and two, Route 112 grew a particular herb she desired for cooking. At her back was a decently-sized pack, containing all the necessary things she needed for this journey away from home. Her body was wrapped nicely in hiker-wear and warm wool to keep her from freezing in the temperatures of winter. The bright colors of her hair and clothes stood out against the dull, rocky terrain of Route 112.[break][break]

“Up we go!” she said as encouragement to herself as she climbed up the jagged paths. Already, she had collected a few pieces of the herb which sat comfortably in a basket attached around her hip. "Maybe just a few more,” Gracie Mae hummed, eyes slowly scanning the area in case she missed sight of it. "Oh, yes!” Gleefully, the redhead lifted herself over a boulder and skipped to single herb wedged in the crevice of a wall and a rock. "Heeheehee, you’re coming home with me,” sang the girl.

meet gracie mae, a totally young and hip gal with a gift in raising pokemon. she's a natural at pokemon breeding and has been engrossed in the family business since little. at twenty-five, gracie mae packed her bags and moved to lavaridge to begin her own breeding farm. after working under an old couple for a few years, gracie mae saved up enough money to purchase a plot of land on route 117. after a year of construction and careful planning, jolly farm was in business.[break][break]

she regularly travels hoenn to discover new pokemon and gain valuable experience as a trainer and a breeder or even make deliveries. when she's off traveling, her younger brother holds the fort down at jolly farm.
