a young trainer hailing from the paldea region with dreams of becoming a Pokémon Master. although shrouded in mystery, her entry into the Hoenn scene hopefully won't be as quiet as she is.[break][break]

Lucia is the youngest of three siblings, with both parents being active in the higher Rocket ranks in the Paldea region, current going over logistics about a plan of possible influence.
She grew up near the coastline and frequently enjoyed vacations to other regions as her parents used these for Rocket business dealings.
Grew up watching broadcasts of battles from all over the world and began her dream of pokemon battling.
Helped her parents with "research" and assisted them in their underhanded duties without knowing for years.
Recently learned of her family's involvement in Rocket and ran away in fear and shame of helping them. She snuck into Hoenn by stowing away in a fishing boat.
She was attending Blueberry Academy before leaving for Hoenn after her familial issues. Her marks were fairly high, though suffered in history.
