kasper is probably one of the friendliest of my characters here on hoenn, and has no problem with talking to people, so i'd love to get them a little friend group, whether it's rocket or league! they'll kind of talk your ear off, and if you have a positive interaction with them a couple of times, it's super easy to get on their good side. they just generally like people, and that's not something i really see changing any time soon even when they start their villain arc![break][break]
they are meant to be a spy sort for rocket, so i would love the opportunity for them to make some friends in league that are meant to just be to get intel through but that, because they're 20 and not used to doing spy stuff, ends up being a bit more genuine than they had planned. give me that good angst down the line.
+ ENEMIES
SWEATS. as of right now, kasper isn't the sort to go out of their way to make enemies, but i can still see it coming up fairly easily, especially with the skirmishes and their involvement with rocket starting to go a little deeper than what it had in the past few months. in terms of non-league enemies, too, i think some members of rocket could view their attitude as less devoted or kasper as someone who is going to turn tail as soon as the going gets rough, which could lead to some fun plots! so far they haven't had any rocket members be super suspicious of them since they're mostly mentor types, so someone who sticks around and wants to keep an eye on them out of distrust could be fun![break][break]
there's also plenty of potential for friends-turned-enemies when kasper starts their villain arc, or just enemies in general, but that'll be a bit later on! aka if you're down reach out to me closer to the end of this month.
+ OTHER
while kasper is not at all interested in romance, i'm a sucker for characters with qpps in rp so if anyone wants to go that route with me i can and will hoard all the plots revolving around that. i imagine it would be more of a slowburn thing, especially since i want them to go down the route of being more fiercely loyal to rocket after a certain skirmish thread, but if that sounds like anyone's cup of tea i'd love to discuss![break][break]
i would also love plot lines along the lines of closest thing to found family but evil, more people to lead them to being more devoted to rocket, and ways to play around with the idea that their family wasn't the greatest even before a certain thing in their past happened. while they're sort of a silly character, i do have a backstory in mind for them and i'd love for them to have the opportunity to sort of open up about things + potentially mature a bit while still being like...silly 20 year old. someone call them out for using humor as a coping mechanism.[break][break]
also i'd love for people who knew kasper + their family to come into their life again, especially if it's in the form of childhood friends! sort of goes with above, but they need some more connections around their age that also originated from hoenn and would have talked to them / went to school with them and at least known them even if at a distance.

also closer to a friendlier character of mine, even if the way they're friendly is much more different. seiichi is a bit less likely to have friendships outside of certain groups that extend beyond surface level, but i would love to see someone worm their way under his skin, especially if they come from dramatically different upbringings. it'll take some time, but i think having something more genuine could really help him. even if he is annoying.
+ ENEMIES
do YOU hate weird rich people? or the world's worst nepo babies? me too, but that's not the point here mostly. seiichi is kind of a disaster of a person and in the worst possible way. it isn't as obvious outside of people who have associated with his family for a while, but he has a certain image and it's not really a good one. there's also just the fact that his family is rich, and i'm sure someone out there would rather stab him than have to shake his hand, regardless of if they're in rocket or not.

also, mentioned more in depth below, but anyone who had a short-lived, awful relationship with him! or family of anyone who would have. the ball is in your court on why you would dislike him, really.

as of right now, seiichi is so closeted that it would take something pretty big to make him decide to come out. which isn't to say he won't, because i plan for him to later on, but it'll absolutely be something that takes time. in the meantime, however, i would love for him to have some ex girlfriends- ex flings, anyone who he dated before he realized he was gay, anyone he's had a week long relationship after, you name it. he's made a name for himself as sort of a playboy, so none of these would have lasted long and chances are they did not end on good terms either. i also would, however, like a potential plot where seiichi + his "girlfriend" are both gay and out to each other at some point, and are basically just each others beards. or she's just seiichi's beard. generally i would just like him to have a future ex that he trusts enough that she's the first person he actually comes out to.

in terms of actual romance, i will say i'm open to pretty much anything, even if i wanna see how well they work out first! i do think anything would have to come about after he comes out, though, just because i feel more comfortable that way.

good luck. eve is generally not a friendly person, and growing up as a cultist sort has made them even less so. they're quick to brush off what others have to say, and they honestly hate the idea of feeling like someone is taking pity on them, so it'll be an uphill battle and likely a slowburn of a friendship. once they realize just how awful things were for them in the cult, and that their beliefs aren't even right, they will need some sort of support system. it just isn't going to be a task for the weak of heart or the impatient types, unfortunately.
+ ENEMIES
it's going to be so much easier for eve to make enemies than it is for them to make friends, i'll be honest. with the aforementioned and generally just clinging to their beliefs with tooth and nail, they can probably come off as either cold or rather intense if anything about kyogre came into question. or their supposed prophet powers. or generally just anything regarding that part of their life. currently, they're with rocket, but there's no real loyalty there, which could either turn into them defecting or sticking with it- either way, i'm sure they'll be able to have some enemies from that alone.
+ LOVERS
so you've decided to set out on the hardest task imaginable, huh? if making friends with eve is going to be hard, then getting them to even sort of let their guard down will come close to being near impossible. which isn't to say it is, but i think it would be funny if it does come to pass by being the site's longest slowburn. anything solid would have to come about after some character development and de-programming with eve, which will be a long and difficult journey for them, so someone who would hear them out and be willing to understand is the best bet here. maybe league/rocket for the extra angst? who knows.

- you said something mean about kyogre and now this stranger looks like they're going to kill you with their bare hands.[break]
- didn't kyogre just go on a rampage? why is this person claiming to be a prophet? did they somehow cause this?[break]

- you're looking into the effects memory wipes have on people. you suspect eve may be a victim of it, but can't confirm yet.[break]
- you're an avatar and eve wants to question you. this is kind of awkward, actually.[break]
- you're also weirdly religious and get into an argument on whose beliefs are more likely to be real.[break]

despite what they may look like, sammie isn't...entirely unfriendly? at least, depending on who you are and who you know. if you're rich, then, yeah- chances are she's going to absolutely shut you down from the get go. but she's had a bit of a rougher upbringing herself, and she tends to gravitate towards the underdog sorts, or the types who learn to stand up for themselves eventually. she's gruff, and focuses on tough love and isn't really afraid to call anyone out, but she's got a good heart somewhere, even if you have to press past all the bark and (potential) bite. she's loyal to the cause and should someone manage to befriend her, she'll be loyal to them as well.
+ ENEMIES
asking sammie to not have enemies is like putting a piece of steak in front of an untrained animal and expecting it to not go for it. she's stubborn in her beliefs and her dislike of the rich is unrelenting, and something she's had since she was a teen. also, she's quick to tell people how it is, even if they may not exactly like that- as far as she's concerned, it isn't the worst she could do so it doesn't matter if she's blunt with her honesty. and that's...not getting into the fact that she'll steal stuff from the rich. like...the super rich. if you've got more money than you almost know what to do with, sammie's going to show up at some point- and probably not by coming through the front door, either.

unlike kasper, sammie is spoken for on the qpp aspect, so i won't be looking for anything like that with them. i would like to explore the idea of her having some more potential past connections- both that she's stolen from and that have indirectly (or directly) benefited from what she's doing. or maybe someone who has given her intel in the past? she's not the type to really hide what she does, so anyone could easily have known her from years ago, even if they may not entirely recognize her now. or maybe they do! i'm not picky on how things go with this as long as it causes some sort of chaos in the long run, because i think that may be fun to do.
