hi! zeke seems like a real sweetheart and i wanted to throw perse at you because i'd like to thread with you!! basically, the only real things they have in common is being league-affiliated and having somewhat troubled backgrounds (he more than her tbh).

i could see them getting along in that kinda quiet, sullen and lowkey bitchy way, but it's entirely plausible that zeke would dislike her particular brand of recklessness. and admittedly, i'm not entirely sure how to like... put them in the same place? a mission seems most plausible to me! idk let me know if you're interested in something like that <33

but also hello! here's perse, a fellow substance-abusing pseudo-scientist. maybe vera knew perse's actual mother when she was alive? or, uh, maybe she was a temporary student assistant when she was studying at, like, hoenn university? not sure how vera would respond to perse's host of issues and stubborn refusal to stop actively making bad life choices, however! i could also see perse having one of those one-sided admiration crushes because vera is ~~so cool~~ for about a week before she forces herself to get over it through sheer willpower :')

hey k8ie! hoenn #lore is my absolute favourite and i thought it'd be cool to thread something out with you??

in isolation, persephone is young and not particularly exceptional beyond just being intimately familiar with the region's ruins etc. however, her mother was also an archaeologist and left behind a number of artifacts when she passed away a few years ago.

i was thinking maybe malcolm knew perse's mum? she would have been maybe like ~5 years older than malcolm. perhaps they worked on some history / legendary lore stuff in the past? back then perse would have likely been this vivacious but very obnoxious brat lmao. malcolm is presumably this Busy and Important guy, but maybe he'd make some time if his old colleague's kid showed up to dump a box full of weird relics on him or something??
