Xerneas tries to settle some of the flames with an aurora beam, the flames continued to intensify as it singes some of Xerneas's skin and Bryan feels it. He moves away from the flames, realizing what's going on. "We need to leave this rift." he says as he crushes some of the mysterious ore with his own hands [break][break]

as it lays out a cleared path for them to escape as more and more of those mysterious Pokémon continue to spawn and attempt to surround them all.

It had been the first time in a very long long time that Xerneas had lost his composure as he cries out in pain and Bryan takes a portion of the damage himself but he holds on tight. The move consumes both Xerneas and Alcremie as Xerneas unleashes the BLINDING LIGHT of geomancy and alcremie spews out an explosion of AROMATIC MIST [break][break]

The tree of life begins to wither away and Xerneas takes control of the situation, manipulating the tree itself to make contact with it as he scoops up bryan onto his body and they retreat away. However while the dust settles Bryan's voice can be heard "I'm coming back for both of you. Just you fucking wait you rats. The league's time is up." [break][break]

As the tree withers, it eventually dies out turning to ashes as the Ultra Deep Sea attempts to fuse with it and consume the resources for itself to no avail. Elsewhere, the tree root that Xerneas had manipulate just barely manages to break "earth" if that's what you can even call it. as it spat the three of them out. Alcremie fainted in the chaos and it's mega evolution peeters out and Bryan cries in pain as he looks at his hand, the wound closely slowly yet painfully as Xerneas falls to it's knees. Those two had done serious damage to it. "Delarosa. We must keep running lest one who is immortal cannot keep his connection with you." [break][break]

"Fine. Stay in your pokeball for now, I'll let you out when we're not in danger." he says as xerneas took priority over everything else. How far he had fallen.

Xerneas seems surprised. "You don't know do you? Young "self proclaimed" guardian. How ignorant one truly finds you. One will not ruin the surprise for you." it seems as he realizes that Rayquaza had not found out the truth yet. [break][break]

Even bryan was unaware of what exactly the cryptic deer meant. Alcremie attempts to cover Xerneas and buy him the time it at asked for as she uses aromatic mist to boost special defenses of her allies, it wouldn't stop the IRON HEAD but it would at least protect them from future special attacks. Xerneas finishes charging GEOMANCY "Delarosa!" it shouts as Bryan suddenly is consumed in a glowing light that attempts to blind them all. [break][break]

When their eyes adjust back to the normal light levels Bryan was gone from his spot, he leapt onto the air as he raised both of his hands above his head and attempted to go full gorilla mode and slam both of his fists down on the mega aerodactyl.

He looks over that Gavin's partner as the black inkyness had shed of showing a new color scheme for his Lugia. Was that it's shiny version? [break][break]

Xerneas stares at it for a bit too long and it catches Bryan's eye, was that how he knew that internal thoughts became reality? By why would Xerneas care about it's color scheme. Unless that wasn't it at all. [break][break]

Bryan's eyes look behind the group as he could see something moving from within the smoke.

Hubris is the downfall of man. [break][break]

He thought he was invincible, he thought he could take on whoever and whatever, how humbling this experience would be for him then. He spots greyson charging up the solar blade and Noah throwing a massive slab of rock at Xerneas and Alcremie. He rushes forward, trying to move away from the solar beam as he takes a jab at the stone plate as Xerneas and Alcremie assist in destroying it with a Focus blast and a Dazzling gleam. [break][break]

However it would prove to be fatal, while dealing with noah faber's massive slab of terrain slicing. Bryan's primary right hand was exposed, he was stuck in his pivot when the solar blade was brought down on him, he tried to move out of the way but.. [break][break]

His hand was still in the path of it when it was brought down and was cut clean off. He screams in agony, falling to his knees and cursing wildly as the red blood splattered in globs against the purple inky floor. "YOU MOTHER FUCKERS." he screams into the air as Xerneas and Alcremie move into position to retaliate, this was exactly what Xerneas had warned him during his battle with Eva Morales. [break][break]

He was immortal, not all powerful. [break][break]

Alcremie takes the lead, tapping the gemstone on his ear to activate the mega evolution. Alcremie begins to grow into a larger size and Xerneas instructs it in bryan's place "Use your abilities young one. We must buy time to leave." he says ordering alcremie as bryan was out of comission at the moment.

Alcremie uses G-MAX Finale to push back against the two and at least stop Bryan's bleeding as he screamed in agony. "MY HAND" he shouts at them. "You FUCKER" he says as he quickly uses his free hand to grab the one that fell off..Maybe they could attach it back if he was quick enough.. (it wouldn't work) [break][break]

He had to start making his retreat soon before they managed to figure out a way to capture him. He couldn't be dead weight for rocket or he'd lose all his leverage as the tough guy. "Xerneas, Blind them." he says as Xerneas begins to channel GEOMANCY

The Iron tail begins to come for him and Alcremie and he doesn't move as the PROTECT clangs against the iron tail. [break][break]

One finds it especially tragic-" as he watches Rayquaza charge up a hyper beam that he intends to counter with his own moon blast. [break][break]

"That you obey a duty given to you, from someone who has abandoned you." as his MOON BLAST collides with the HYPER BEAM However Rayquaza is extremely mighty, despite GEOMANCY and FAIRY AURA enhancing the MOON BLAST's strength the hyper beam wins out as it hits Xerneas head on.[break][break]

He manages to survive the blow, blunting the attack with his natural constitution but he took a lot of damage. At the same time, Bryan felt a pain in his chest as he looked down in his shirt and saw a burn wound manifest on his chest and his strength began to leave. He needed to do damage control. "Alcremie!" he says as he tucks his hair back on his side of his ear, revealing it's megastone. "MEGA EVOLVE" as Alcremie startet to grow larger in size, a layer of cake manifesting with each growth spurt as a shell encompasses it and then explodes and layers of cake cover xerneas and he frowns, this was gross. [break][break]

"Max finale!" he orders alcremie calls down three objects from the sky that splatter against the ground tossing a barrage of whipped cream towards rayquaza before it results in a final explosion. The whipped cream slowly began to heal Xerneas's wounds from the attack as the same thing reflected on bryan's body, hoping they didn't notice his moment of weakness. [break][break]

Xerneas was going to need to call upon more strength, trying to use GEOMANCY AGAIN and leaving the offensive to alcremie. "Buy me time. Little one." he says as he also changes his glance to Bryan and Bryan keeps his focus on Eva to make sure she doesn't try to interfere with Xerneas either. "Cmon Eva! hit me with your best shot! Prove you're the monster I say the league is!" he taunts.
