Billi did find it strange, that they seemed to be more distant for a police officer, but he also found it very….interesting. How could a cop be so distant in what was being said. The Plusle on the other hand had run like a bat out of hell, trying to get away from the dog, while laughing. Until it picked it up and threw it in the air, making it screech and release a large discharge that zapped everyone around it.

“Oi! “ Rowap quickly moved to return to his trainers side, before creeping the police officer, “PPZZTTERRT” it spun as the electric arms found themselves around the human, releasing the small surge of it’s own electrical discharge, stopping the people from getting hurt. “PZT” of course nothing was better than a surge blocker! Save them electronics.! “Rowap just saved our phones,” he laughed before the Plusle landed it’s butt on the Minghtyena, peeping as it tugged the furr on it’s neck to “ride” it.

“Oh you’re so smooth! Yes you are! So leafy!” he rubbed the large...gourd shape as the drool poured out like too much buoyancy. Billi just….loved seeing such a large, new grass pokemon. “No I’ve never seen one before! I’m from Galar! So there’s no bellsprout there or anything!” he pulled away from the pokemon briefly. “Wait...what do you eat?” he asked, “does it just munch on sunlight or?”

Asking that seemed to be a no brainer, but he was a dumby. Aspear moved quickly to jump on the man’s lap as he sat on the stool. “ROOF” it sat with it’s mouth open staring at the green haired man.

“Yes lots of energy!” he nodded and flexed his arms as Iapapa gave a rather annoyed eye roll that twisted into the aura around them. The blond only nudged his little pokemon who clearly didn’t want to dance, but Billi thought she’d be the world's prettiest dancer, better than him that was for sure. “ OI WHAT A PRINCE!” he cheered on the Gengar that was just a prince, queen even.

“Oh a cool blue pokemon! Iapapa! Go say hi” he nudged the little pokemon towards the marshstomp, and she whipped Billi’s foot. “owowoow” he looked at the others, “So we gotta make a super cute dance or something right?” he asked, “So why not like ICE ICE BABY!” and does an awkward shuffle.

“Oh…. I…. uuuhhh” he blinked as he had a women in his face, ready to silence him by ripping out his tongue with her bare hands. Looking at the dragon behind her, it was clear his pokemon might have caused a problem that was unintentional. Of course Chesto was still chirping like crazy, scared of the dragon, before flying back to his trainer freaking out as the pokemon around him ran away.

“Chesto! Stopppp it’s okay!” he grabbed the bird and put him in his shirt, “I’m soooo soo soo sorry! He got startled or something This has never happened before. “ he stated as the Rotom flew into a random location, once again causing chaos with it’s zipping and zapping. “It wasn’t on purpose right chesto,” Billi asked as the bird calmed down and peeped it’s bill out. “Rookiedeee?”

Just how inexperienced was he? Well! His life was rich with love, and being kept happy. And working, all the time. So there was no time for fun, even if fun to him was working. Soda pop, doritos and other junk food kept him boppin with the gamer bros online on a twitch stream. While cooking and taking care of a younger sister took up the rest of his youth. Poverty was only glorified in video games where the underdog always won, but sadly in a world where stealing gets you put in jail, it’s not quite realistic.

So no, drinking wasn’t his number one thing on his list of experiences. That was why he had these listicals online that kept him occupied with what he wanted to do in his life. Drinking with a friend… well he didn’t have any friends in Hoenn yet, but this was close enough right? The girl besided him was more then friendly, and even...very tomboy….. Squirting…..or was it a boy? Yeah...boy?....no….non binary? Billi was so confused as his hulk hand poured the oran flavored drink down his throat.

“Mixing them? Well that seems like a lot to do just to drink. Can’t you just drink a lot and get even more drunkish!” granted he didn’t know what being drunk for himself was like, but he just figured it was a more enhanced less caring person. “do they have a fire type or something,” dense. Dumb. stupid. Billi was clearly not getting the words leaving the woman’s mouth besides the MC everything exiting her lips. “Oh...uhhhh McBilli,” he blurted out just confused by the others words.

“Why is there Mc on everything you say?” he asked genuinely.

Truely a bimbo, blonde handsome, blue eyes, truly...more of a himbo, but that's besides the point. He never thought of himself that way, but this man was just something else and Billi couldn’t pick up on the slightest signal from the other not being interested. Then again, Billi just wanted amazing people to agree with his point of view so he could bring glory to Hoenn. Once Billi filled up his chest with air, he made eye contact, but noticed it wasn’t met with what he wanted.

“My eyes are up here bro,” he chuckled before turning to see the bag and smiled brighter, “COOL is all that stuff why you got so much at the festival?” he asked concerned and confused. Anyone with such an absurdly sized bag with what appeared to be ragtag bundle of items. “It’s super rad! So much stuff I haven’t seen before it’s CRAZY. So like are you not from here?” he asked as the rotomphone zipped around snapping pictures of the activities.

Billi Didn't think anything of it. It was going to be a cute activity for his pokemon right? He wouldn't have to dance or anything like that! Well this again! Turns out he'd have to help in some way. Lucky enough for him he had a pokemon that could dance. Of course Yamper, Rotom wouldn't be able to dance. He did have a sassy, somewhat hateful Mawile that had the energy to do it, even if she hated it. Iapapa gave the best Tsudere vibes.

Looking at the two strangers, particularly the girl, he smiled, "Oh! I'm Billi! Nice to meet you! Fair warning I can't dance, I'm trash at it but I'm looking forward to having SOOO much FUN with everyone." a thumbs up to the strangers. "Oh cute?! That's the theme? I have... my Mawile she's kinda cute but like my others can't really dance without doing doggo things."

The little pokemon had taken something from the booth Billi was previously at! It was super shiny and she LOVED it. But she didn't have money and was very much a wild pokemon. She was cute and had nothing else to go off of. Something that Billi could respect but people were running after it. Then Billi looked up at the police officer. "Oi are you chasing that little pokemon now?" he asked the man as the Plusle went around a a trash can. Of course the Rotom zipped past the people.

"rotom? pzzzrtt?" it zipped around looking for it, keeping into cameras and the whole shabang. Billi's eyes turned to him, "OHHH he's sooo cool pokemon," billi yelled out as the plusle had run by them again, between the dogs legs and kept running, laughing as people slip and fell chasing after.

Billi watched as the cines fluttered to life, bending around the frames of the stand. Giving it a special piece of life that Billi had never seen in Galar. Sure there were amazing grass pokemon there, but he’d never seen a victreebell in person, only in the pictures. “OH cool! You have a Victreebell! THAT’S DOPE” the blonde charged behind the stand trying to locate the plant pokemon. “OH HI BIG FELLA!” he found the large victreebell and rubbed it’s….stem??? Yeah. STEM.

“Where did you get him? Did you have such a big boi all the time?!” Billi mused as his pokemon annoyed the vendor but being around his feet.

It was clear that Billi needed to keep an eye on his pokemon more. Rowap was on top of the waterfall giving a vibrant flamboyant display of their electrical phantasmic abilities, while Chesto was here trying to get lunch. A sweet treat that would come to betray him in the future. But agian, he saw that yellow blue mixture in the water, and he just had to give it a quick chomp. Sadly it backfired on the bird as he noticed as the teary eyed spec disappeared into the branches to his right.

“YO Chesto! Rowap get down here! You can’t do what you want guys! Come on! I’m gonna get in trouble!!!” he yelled out upset at them. Iapapa the mawile slowly walked beside him giving a dirty look to the two pokemon as she tapped her foot. “I know! Hahaha they’re fun right?. He mentioned and teased as she quickly allowed her jaws to snap in a direction where she heard noise, walking towards it.

Chesto looked at Billi before jumping from the stockpile, “ROOKDEE DEE DEE DEE” he flapped his wings before getting scared and shoving it’s way through the waterfall, and saw the dragon. “DEDEDEDEDEDEDE” it flew around the area squawking loudly.

“WOW this is sooooooo pretty there huh guys?” he asked his pokemon that wandered near by as he took a small picture of the waterfalls. No filter needed. Just a click here and a click there. His shirt open so the cool mist would tickle his chest from the summer heat. “So refreshing huh?” he asked and winked as his Rotom zipped up, “ZZIPPP” it shocked the air as it kept flashing up towards the top of the falls. “ROTOM” it cheered waving at Billi.

The blonde pulled back his hair and laughed gently as he approached the falls. Chesto the Rookidee chirped and flew through the air, flying to see his reflection in the slower moving falls. “Rokok” he happily spun in the water and pecked it’s beck in the water to snatch a fish, but ended up pinching something, and tugged as hard as he could. (I’m setting this up so it could either be Kaida’s pokemon or the wild one). “ROWAP!” Billi called out as the rotom sent sparks into the air. “PZZZZZzzztttpzzzzz” it let everyone know where it was.
