The pokemon is not dead, nor dying and the fact it is frozen is no less than what she would have done to contain a drampa. She cannot complain nor condemn his choice. If anything, she's pleasantly surprised.

the ball does its job and the pokemon disappears into the recesses of the small capsule.

"no causalities, timely manner, few resources." he taunts her by reiterating his point. with a small burst to his brisk sprint, fernando retrieves the ball and recalls the less experienced glaceon back to its pokeballs. only the veteran will remain, more then restrained enough to be in a condition for their hike back.

She doesn't understand his taunt because he has done nothing to best her. She did not step out on the battle field she simply took advantage of his need to be better than her to see what he would do. It along the lines of what she would have done and she accepted that. But perhaps it is because she did nothing?

"You needed 4 pokemon, I would not call that few." if anything she thinks it quite a lot. "But at least you're in a better mood."
