As someone who grew up in the Orre Region, the heat didn't really bother the Mad Dog. Despite this, he knew that many were suffering under the oppressive heat.

Seeing opportunity, Dorian opened up his nightclub during the day, in a limited capacity. The word had been sent out, that the Burning Maw was selling drinks, and providing air conditioned shelter. Even children would be able to get access to water, soda, or juice, albeit in a segregated area from the adults.

The adults would be able to get alcohol, of course, but at a premium.

Dorian, dressed up in a baby blue suit, his hair groomed nicely, would aid the staff in mixing and handing out drinks to their new guests.

Camellia and the other bartenders at the Burning Maw were offered extra pay if they came in and worked the extra day that dorian westcliff had opened to the public. It wasn't that she was struggling for money, but she was a selfish bitch.[break][break]

And things weren't cheap.[break][break]

It was honest work. Even assassins and weapons dealers had to keep their hands clean every once in a while. In her usual suit pants and button down top, Camellia was busy shaking up a beverage for a regular who decided to come visit them in their daytime hours.[break][break]

"It's strange seeing you out in the day time. But we appreciate you coming in today," she said with a smile, pouring the cocktail into a glass before sliding it over. A child was rushing over for a refill of juice.[break][break]

As she grabbed the juice, she noticed Dorian. "What's making you stay all dressed up today, Boss? Isn't it a bit too warm for a whole get up?" she jested.

Dorian would finish up a conversation with one of the regulars. That was when his attention was grabbed by one of his more recent hires. A Kalosian hitwoman, who obviously took this as an alibi job. Truthfully, he was surprised she took the extra hours, but he welcomed her help.

"A man always has to look his best. And besides, the air conditioning helps.", he'd tell the woman in a lighthearted, playful manner.

Not that Dorian was really bothered by the heat. Despite the differences between Hoenn and Orre, Dorian had gotten used to it. And there was always a trip to the desert, to relive old times.

Without missing a beat, he would begin to mix juices for a small group of children. Though he couldn't serve them alcohol, he could at least use his mixology knowledge to give them something great.

Even in the air conditioning, Camellia could feel a bit of sweat working on her brow. Walking around and working took a bit of energy.[break][break]

Drink after drink was served. There was a pause in the service, allowing her to take a seat briefly.[break][break]

"I don't suppose you'd whip something up for me to drink?" Camellia asked, smiling as she propped her chin up on her hand.

Dorian would offer a chuckle in response to the woman's remark.

Eventually, the maelstrom of customers had come to a pause. Those who were in had been served. And it seemed that there were more people coming out than in. Dorian took his position behind the counter, allowing the Kalosian to take her break.

"Of course, what would you like to drink?", Dorian inquired.

Camellia was a bit surprised he allowed her to. But, she supposed that since there was a lull in the flow of customers, he was alright with it. So, she'd grab the offer by the reigns.[break][break]

"I want you to make me the hardest drink to make. Something that challenges you every time."[break][break]

She offered a toothy smirk, tilting her head as she waited for him to either do it or scold her.

Upon receiving the request, Dorian would flash her a grin. The expression was clearly an acceptance to her challenge, before he'd take out every ingredient, every tool, to make the drink in question.

This particular drink was the Ramos Gin Fizz, a particularly difficult drink to mix, due to taking vigorous, yet precise shaking, in order to get the consistency correct. After five minutes of vigorously, yet carefully, shaking the ingredients in the mixer together, Dorian added ice cubes to the mix, shaking it for another fifteen seconds to chill it.

After straining the mixture into the glass, Dorian would pour a little bit of club soda into the mixer, swishing it around to catch the last of the egg white and cream. After topping the drink off with this mixture, and adding garnish, he'd present it to the assassin.
