flower [c]

goro felt like he could hear his teeth grinding as he clenches his jaw, listening to sam’s words. ”just speculation.” he had said. sam has been the one who proposed it could be celebi, sam was the one who was so eager to learn more, and that they had this opportunity to gather sufficient resources he backed down. goro glared daggers at the man as he told his story, and only stopped at the professor’s mention of having the gym leader in their possession. he may not have that, but he had something that could help their case. hopefully.
so goro licked his lips before some stranger approached. the professor, presumably, when she asked for the flower. “this one has a flower AND a seat for such a lovely lady.” bucky said in his kalosian accent, standing with a flashy smile as to make room for her to sit. as he rose, goro murmured, “and a quick peek as to how this went down.” his haunter, betty white, has been at the ready since goro had licked his lips. with a wave of her ghastly hands, spectral energy of night shade befell the stranger.
it was green, the color of life, disgusting. the stench of death was faint in the dewey air of the clearing. the stranger would see, feel, taste, and hear what the haunter has seen that day.
a human that was not so human who reeked of grass touched the plant thing - and death no longer lingered in the air. only life, pure and bright; unbound. disgusting. the image of cait alfric bringing the flower back to life would be shown to the stranger.
my human is tricky. sneaky. good human. we trap the grass human. she speaks little before sleep. then i get to play games. a cackle would be heard in the stranger’s mind as she witnessed goro order the haunter to alter cait’s memories with hypnosis and nightmare. how he stole the fabled flower.
only a few moments had passed in the time it took for night shade to take work, and were any others to look, it would appear simply that a kalosian man was offering his seat to a friendly woman. “do give her the flower.” goro urged with a feigned tone of friendliness.
