The mission was simple. There was an incoming wave of Rocket that had managed to make it past their water blockade. So Paxton was to assist repelling them as they clambered down from their boats or emerged form the water. [break][break]

The few officers near him are getting reading, taking cover on the rocky beach. Paxton perches himself on a nearby dune filled with long grass. He watches them incoming and calls to the reinforcement on his radio. "Incoming! Hold them off!" he ordered, laying on his belly as he took aim. "Be careful." he added as he saw the beginnings of pink dream mist floating upwards. [break][break]

Joules stood by him, hovering to protect while his Raboot launched forward, sprinting to join the people at the front. As Rocket blasted a freezing beam at the shore and began to climb over it, the little fire type launched a ball of fire back, punting a couple back into the water.

[attr="class","inner-finally"]His next mission was to battle in the wave of team rocket members. He hoped he wouldn't mess up all he had with him was three pokemon his new Purrlion named Lepi. He left both his Palafin and his Primarina back at home for those two he didn't use when he was using his team rocket outfit. With his mask at his side and his contacts in changing his eye color he was ready. As he appeared in the wave, he sent out Sol first. His main ace when he was a rocket member.

No one outside of team rocket knew his actual name and only a few team rocket members knew his birth name. He went by Zorow as a trainer in team rocket. Although people often mixed it up with his zorua's name which was annoying to him. He noticed a fire ball coming at them "Sol stone edge" as it sent a stream of rocks up from the ground to try to hit the other pokemon as well as block the move.

Sol was obeying no matter what happened even if a trainer or pokemon could die it wasn't going to hold back. He was a battling machine and had no emotions or at least that's how it appeared. Truly Sol enjoyed hurting others.

Joules stood by him TERASTALIZING to cover the rabbit's assault. Raboot launched forward, sprinting to join the people at the front. As Rocket blasted a HYDR CANON at the shore to push through. The little rabbit launched back an attack only to be sent flying backwards against rock, slipping down and not breathing anymore.

The trees start to rustle along the shoreline despite the lack of a breeze as if something's will was imposed in theirs as a vines burst forth and out towards the target. Bryan uses BLACK BRIAR to isolate him and paxton from his fellow rocket as a tree of life destroys a portion of the beach to make room for it's roots. [break][break]

Xerneas and Bryan emerge from the center of the tree. "Mind if I take this dance?"

The ground rumbles loudly as a tree begins to materialize. At first, Paxton turns and thinks its DREAMMIST but then he sees the person repsonsible. "bryan delarosa." he snarls as the throns ripple outward hitting him and his troops. [break][break]

Joules moves forward trying to MIRROR COAT what they can as their trainer gets up. "Not another one." he's sure this one can't die. Like, confirmed. Whatever. He loads another round, aiming for the leg. "I can test how fast this regeneration is."

"Sirfetched meteor smash!" he orders as the knight in shining armor rushes forward towards Paxton and Xerneas follows up with a GEOMANCY to try and blind paxton with the sheer brilliance of the god of life. "But unfortunately. I'm not here for a long time." as he was mostly here to save his fellow rocket from fighting with a big wig. [break][break]

He and Xerneas retreat immediately, tree striding away, ordering his sir fetched to evacuate in the same manner but it seemed like Paxton had other plans.
