But she’s come too far to be stopped here, by some other-worldly creature. No, she screams. “No! You will not -win-!” She’s too stubborn and arrogant to accept defeat, to welcome it with open arms. If it wants to do this - if it wants to kill all of her pokemon - then it will have to deal with an army. A nation. A whole freaking planet, if that’s what it takes. Katherine tosses out pokeballs without a care for who or what might reside inside. A water-type, a ghost-type, a baby pokemon who’s far from prepared for such an occasion - their lives don’t matter. Ultimately, nothing does. Eventually, she reaches the last few of her pokeballs. Despite the worry and concern that prod at her heart, Kat is unable to shake off her determination - her pride. She will not accept defeat. A Poochyena escapes from within the capsule, a canine she despised and fully intended to give one of these days. “Go! Do something!”Frankly, she isn’t even familiar with the skill-set of this pokemon. It acts on its own accord, following feral instincts in an attempt to harm the Necrozma while it still can. The Poochyena HOWLS and ROARS before it’s enshrouded with a fiery aura, and then it sprints towards its target for the sole intent of TAKING IT DOWN. Katherine wasn’t willing to share her region with this sort of creature.
