Despite using them once before, the results were less than stellar. The kingler nearly went for the kill and it worried the Ranger. If he were in the old days this would've been fine, but now people probably wouldn't take to kindly to his pokemon's violence. So what Razz was hoping for was solo hunts like these to try and see what would make this corrupted version of his Kingler tick.

While testing the Kingler and it's new abilities was a priority for the Ranger, the pokemon they've encountered made him think otherwise. The Magnemite was always a useful line, and he feels it'll be useful in the future for the Rangering. Though lets see just how much the corrupted crab could face off against something with was weak against. "Lets see something that only you can do"[break][break]

With this order the Kingler uses it's main claw to create dark bubbles all around the field. It was odd and he couldn't help but wonder just why it would be around the field rather than Magneton itself. As the magnet tried to electrocute them it uses PROTECT. Its after that it goes on a violent attack that even the Mageton's metal body seems to struggle to keep up with. [break][break]

It's only saving grace is a pokeball Razz tosses before the Kingler could do more damage.
