As Eva leaned over the bush, the flowers began to tremble and were sucked away, out of sight. "What the-" Eva mumbled, parting the branches to see what was hiding beneath. The beautiful red eyes of a weak looking Roserade peered back at her. The pokemon was too weak to move but made an attempt to flee when it saw the trainer, "Shit, you're in bad shape," The dual-type was obviously dehydrated, which was quite devastating for grass-type pokemon. The Boquet Pokemon's normally taught green skin was wrinkled and wilted. The flowers on its hands were beginning to shrivel and a few of the petals had already fallen off. But why was it dehydrated was the real question.

A quick once over of the pokemon answer it quite easily. The grass-type's right leg was bent in a way that it really shouldn't be. Delicate pokemon like this didn't have option for moving around. With dehydration this severe, the pokemon had been in this condition for quite some time.

"Don't worry, I'm gonna fix ya right up," Eva smiled warmly, extracting an empty pokeball to drop on to the injured pokemon.
