The Blackadder estate was large enough to impress, built in an era when opulent excesses weren't considered so gaudy. It's stone construction was less radiant than marble, but the solid almost castle like construction didn't allow for the ease of passage when it came to sound, and unfortunately heat. Considering some of the hallways within the ease of passage for people weren't all that great either. So it was by pure coincidence that he Andy caught the sound of music.

I bet she's practicing again... He had been wandering the halls hiding motion activated noise makers in the masonry. When someone walked by, they would blast out a horrific screech. They were fantastic for startling his family and their staff, and every time one went off and was followed with a shout, the boy would cackle madly, no matter where his ears caught it. Though a much sweeter tone came to them now.

''Gastly.'' Epitaph heard the music too, though he should have just as well known what it was. ''Let's go see what crazy feet is doing.'' Of course the purpose was obviously to annoy her. The entertainment provided would be much greater than snooping around his ancestral home. ''Gastly.'' Rolling his ball like form in a nod, it seemed like his pokemon was up for it, and after he scampered off it trailed behind his eight year old master with a willing lust for mischief.

Alison’s room while large did not contain much furniture outside from the essentials. She wasn’t also very diligent in keeping it clean, a glimpse was all one really needed to see that the clothes had been lazily tucked or hidden away within the closet. The only thing that was put away that had some thought into it were a pair of dancing shoes, while her family had plenty of money the shoes weren’t exquisite - just normal pairs. On top of her beds blankets was Freckles - Alison’s pikachu. The pokemon made her self rather comfortable, it looked like nothing could wake her unless something really dramatic occurred.

Alison decided to practice some moves that she had been struggling with lately, and turned on some light tuned music. It was then where she heard footsteps from outside. “Andy is it you? She cracked open her door just to peak, and her hunch was right. Tilting her head she gave her brother a glance, a small look of hesitation in her eyes. wanna learn some moves..?[/font she asked him on a whim.

He sister opening the door to spy him just before he got there caused him to halt in his tracks. Perhaps she had always had such an uncanny ability to pick out minute noises. None the less, it would prevent any chance he had hoped for to sneak up and surprise her. Big brown eyes shot a perplexed glance at Epitaph, who looked just as unnerved.

''No,'' he answered her question with an obvious lie. ''It's the ghost of christmas past,'' the reference to a classic Galarian novel was given with a clever, if delayed smirk. ''Gastly!'' At least his pokemon liked the poor attempt at a joke. Even without his sibling's offer, he could hear the music coming from behind her cracked door.

''It's not like ballerina stuff is it? People will think I'm girly if I dance like that.'' Maybe one day he wouldn't care one way or the other, but that day wasn't today. Today his head was still filled with thoughts of a glorious future as some big named Blackadder, the most popular despite being the youngest, and probably the most troublesome of his siblings.

Alison laughed at the small joke her brother made. Her younger brother never failed to make her smile or laugh a hidden talent that was treasured greatly by Alison. “Rather early this year aren’t you?” She asked with a small wink opening the door for them to enter and gently shutting it afterwards. She reached for the remote to lower the light hearted music that had been blasting in her room a little early, tilting her head at Andy’s question. “It’s not ballet, but I would love to watch the ghost of Christmas pull of a sauter. ” She joked light heartedly asking him a question in return, “I suppose you want to learn some hip-hop moves then?” Alison didn’t have much knowledge of hip-hop but when she thought of dances that weren’t very girly.. it’d be hip-hop.

Disturbed by all the sudden noise and movements, Twix peaked her head out from the bed sheets curiously tilting her head as the pikachu peered up at Andy and his ghastly curiously. “Oh morning Twix! Sorry to disturb your nap.” Alison said with a soft smile, only for it to be turned down with an annoyed head turn from the pikachu, the pokemon dashed down from the bed, curiously sniffing at Andy before she ran under the bed vanishing from sight.

His sister had always seemed to typically enjoy his antics, which made her rare among... the vast majority of the region's population. The baby of the family could often be a trying position to hold. He didn't get away with nearly as much as he thought he should. His siblings didn't always seem to find him annoying however. Perhaps it was because they were close enough in age to get his humor whereas adults seemed to have forgotten how to have fun as they grew old and stodgy.

''Maybe we could get Epitaph to do it if we dress him up.'' His brown eyes flicked to the pokemon. His youth had him propose such a ridiculous idea with dead serious intentions. ''You can learn how to sauter, right?'' Epitaph seemed to deflate at the idea. ''Gastly...'' Fortunately, Alison saw it for the joke that it was and moved on to a more genuine proposition. He had to admit, the slick contemporary popping and locking would be far more appealing than ballet.

''Yeah! Show me how to bust a move!'' The boy attempted to do a thing but really he just flailed his arms and stumbled a bit. ''Gastly...'' The spiritual commentary was meant to be scathing, but Andy didn't even bother shooting the pokemon a disapproving glance. Of course the day's direction was then derailed slightly as his sister's pikachu awoke. Andy flinched at the creature's sudden interest in him. Epitaph bristled a bit, but no harm was done. Curious eyes stared after its just as sudden retreat.

Alison displayed a look of interest when Andy mentioned dress-up. Though she wasn't exactly sure how or if a ghastly could wear clothing. "I do have a spare bow, maybe we can tie it onto Epitaph. She joked light-heartedly, noticing that the ghastly didn't seem to happy about the idea. Her laughter became slightly louder, a grin forming on her face. "With practice and time I'm sure both of you will fly brilliantly." There was encouragement in her words, though she didn't know if Andy would take them seriously.

Ballet and hiphop were pretty different and Alison didn't know much about both of them, but she figured it couldn't be too hard. At least she hoped that it wasn't. "Alright, lets change the music then." The tune of the music switched from a relatively peaceful and quiet sound to a rather fast paced and more hip one.

Observing his movements quietly, Alison found it cute how Andy danced. He certainly was awkward, but that could be solved with enough practice. They were interrupted briefly by her Pikachu when she dashed under the bed, Alison merely shrugged she wasn't sure either. "She's always liked to sleep, guess she's trying to avoid the music?" She didn't really care and quickly went back to try and teaching him.

"Anyways try relaxing a little and move naturally, your overthinking things. " Her advice was rather vague but she displayed smooth movements that matched the rhythm of the song.

The ghost pokemon didn't look any more enthused about Alison's suggestion than he did Andy's. Epitaph also made a face at the idea that he would be dancing. The notion was ridiculous to him. He was just a smoke ball, and perhaps would be that way forever. What got him the most was that if his trainer desired it, he'd be made to try eventually. Epitaph had come to find the boy to be exceptionally stubborn. At least he wasn't cruel however, at least, not to his gastly.

''Your pikachu ain't never going to evolve if it just naps all the time you know.'' A highly hypocritical statement given that Epitaph was by and large allowed to do what he wanted. There were times though... Perhaps such leniency was due to the gastly being fairly active and mischievous on his own. Maybe it would be a different story should he too desire to spend the entire day snoozing, even if it would have made sense.

After all, he was a ghost type and the night was their friend.

''But naturally I'm a clumsy nutter,'' he complained observing as his sister moved things along with her natural talent and grace. Still, he attempted to mimic her movements, albeit not particularly well given that it was his first real attempt. Like any impatient child, he wanted to be an expert right then. His sister was, but then she was four years older than him, and four years felt like a million in his mind.

“You're not wrong.” Alison replied with a roll of her shoulders, she did prefer to have a raichu but couldn’t force an evolution. “I’m sure that she’ll let me know when she is ready to evolve.” She gave a small smile as she cleared her throat, her attention going back to the dancing lesson.

As Andy gave another attempt, the movements were still rough but it was to be expected. This was his first time trying to dance after all. She briefly recalled the time she first learned how to dance and the frustration that grew when she felt like there wasn’t any improvement. “That’s already a lot better!” She said enthusiastically, roughing around with his hair just a little as she laughed. “Keep it up and you Alison said, trying to boost his confidence.

"Yes much better." She remarked once again, giving her younger brother some reassurance. She hoped that Andy enjoyed dancing and will continue to practice independently. She would be delighted if that was the case but realized that she couldn't force him to do so. "That's good" Alison wanted to know how he had been feeling it was good that he hadn't been tired.

His question caught her slightly off guard, her gaze softened. "Well.. a little bit." Alison admitted with a small sigh, she walked towards her bed and sat on top of it sinking into the soft material. "I just wanna sit for awhile, if thats okay." She just wanted a small break, "What were you doing sneaking around in the first place?"

"Hehe thanks for understanding, Andy” She giggled softly, briefly changing positions to lay on her stomach, she would swing her feet in the air as the conversation went on. “Exercising?” Alison repeated her eyebrows furrowed with doubt but she didn’t press him further on the topic. She frowned when Andy mentioned that he was bored from all the lessons, she gave him a sympathetic glance. “Yeah, mum wants us to study all the time..” Alison was actually a fan of studying, she wanted to become smarter for her family.

Because of that decision Andy rarely saw the middle sibling of their lot. It sometimes seemed as if the Blackadders were destined to exist in separation, as strangers at best.

Their uncle in Hoenn had died recently, and he didn't really even know the guy.

''Huh?'' With the eldest sibling switching gears on him, he exchanged a curious glance with Epitaph. Shrugging before he returned his attention to the ginger teen, a tinge of uncertainty tainted his reply. ''I guess... What're we doing out there?'' Living life in a lavish, if somewhat outdated estate, Andy could hardly be considered an 'outdoorsman.'

Eyes narrow in confusion when Andy mentions boarding school. “what.. why?” She questioned without thinking, she realized that Andy wouldn’t know the answer either. “I mean.. I’m sure she’s just joking” Alison was lucky that she never had to be sent to boarding school, she had always been efficient studying by herself that mother didn’t even bother sending her away for the time being.

Alison pushes her self off the bed, quickly going to the door. “I don’t know.. I just like the courtyard.” She smiles nervously, hoping her brother would agree. She pushes the door open anyway, if he didn’t want to come she wasn’t going to force him to do so. Andy does agree and the two walk towards the large courtyard that they possessed, her eyes immediately went over towards the worn out football. “How about some football?” Alison suggested, lightly kicking the ball towards him.
