A gargantuan thank you to LEAP for Hoenn's new skin!! They have graciously created a new skin for us, and I am so utterly blown away by everything they have made. I'm utterly speechless at their kindness, and simultaneously amazed by everything within it.

There is an updated mini-profile, a lot of new features and navigation (click everything!!), and even a snazzy new members list. Please check it out and give the biggest of thanks to Leap for everything they have done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

There is a slight bug where if you move to the second page of a thread, the mini-profile tabs won't work due to Proboards being finicky; however, a simple refresh will fix it. Let me know if there's anything else, and I'll see if I can fix it!

Edmund Andrew Blackadder VII is a Galarian transplant who is rather unforgettable as a foulmouthed delinquent once encountered. Being the seventh of his name, he goes by Andy to avoid confusion with ancestors or other male members of his family. [break]

Youngest child of celia blackadder.

An heir to Blackadder legacy, Galarian oldbood once known to be great researchers and scientists. Many of their texts and tomes are mainstays in Galarian higher learning institutions.

His father went missing when he was very young, simply walking out of public life. His mother did the same only about a year ago. It was a feature of a few tabloids.

He was a part of three different 'gifted child' programs throughout his thus far incomplete schooling. His membership in these waned as his behavior worsened with age.

Once nearly expelled when he super glued another boy's buttcrack closed.

At the ages of nine and eleven he was named DDR champion at a local Wyndon arcade. His pictures are still featured on the wall there.

WHAT THE LEAGUE KNOWS[break][break]

He's only been in Hoenn since the start of the summer.

Participated in the Mauville Warfront despite having no business being there.

At Mauville he faced off with the enemy leaders personally in an aerial battle before being joined by other trainers, aiding in the death of Philomera.

General complaints to the League about him being a public nuisance.

Cussed out FERNANDO SILPH personally. For this he was detained.

Fears someone or something is out to get him. That he will disappear like his parents.

Was beaten up a lot through his grade school years.
