there were some explosions there was some electricity it was wild as it could be really. and that's why glitch was happy enough to hand over the badge to rowan. regardless of how the battle had gone he couldn't deny his fellow rocket a gym badge. that just wouldn't be very sporting of him. and plus the battle had been fun enough. who said you even had to win a battle in order to get a gym badge anyways? no one. "here you are! case and all! i hope you had as much fun as i did!" and he meant it. battling people was kind of fun. but all together a lot of work he didn't really like dealing with.

“Thanks, Glitch.” Rowan accepted the badge with a smile, confident he’d done his best regardless of the outcome. “I always have fun when I'm with these guys.” A hand reached to give Argos a few pats on the head before returning them to their Pokeball. “You have any other challenges today?”

Rowan shivered slightly, remembering that he’d been frozen by Blizzard shortly after being rained on. “Cause if not, I could go for some of that hot chocolate.”

battling was fun but the recovery after was even more so, and he was glad that rowan remembered that he'd promised him hot chocolate. glitch didn't have the brain for remembering most of those little details. "i'll have it brought up to my office and the heat turned up... probably some towels too." so that they could both dry off. "it'll be fun to catch up some." and fun to see what had been going on since he was stuck under the league's thumb like this.
