The grunt is quick to follow aw he returns the Toctricity back to it's pokeball and leaves the Bulbasaur at his side who also follows along. At the order he seems confused, double checks the field and indeed there was no pokemon. "Umm," he wants to say something but he's been scolded already for asking too many questions. [Break][break]

Does he attack? Obey orders? Or does he wait for a pokemon because then he is attacking a superior, and ADMIN at that. There was a order to be followed. "umm your pokemon sir?" in the end it seems he fears what attacking an admin with no defense would bring him over orders.

Raziel doesn't know how to take the 'oh right,' was it a game or did he actually forget? Did he want to be hurt? [Break][break]

But at least now he doesn't feel guilty as he gives a whistle. Though nothing happens as the bulbs looks back a him. Oh right clicks. He is going to need to change that, he gives a click and starts everything off with POISON POWDER

There is a double click this time making the grass pokemon look back as razz slammed a hand downward before another click. The grass pokemon uses VINE WHIP but rather than attack it makes an attempt to grab one of the legs of the sandslash to grab it while it's dancing to lift it and bring them slamming down

[attr="class","beck"]sandslash, perhaps too distracted by its own SWORDS DANCE, fails to react in time to the VINE WHIP that wraps around its ankle. it's lifted into the air then slammed back down and the force is immense. it cries in pain as it swiftly scrambles into the earth, disappearing.

"predict its movements, raziel. where is it most likely to appear?"

the ground beneath bulbasaur cracks. what was once DIG now allows sandslash to appear, claws sharpened as it attempts to stab into bulbasaur.

Raziel doesn't flinch at the cry of pain the other pokemon gives. They were tools, is what he reminds himself. A second is given thought about how much trAining Theo actually gave the Bulbasaur. But he thoughts are distracted when ordered to predict. But he knows he can't see it coming. [Break][break]

Think think, he tries before a light hits and razz points and clicks. But his thinking is too slow as the Sandslash is already up and stabbing at them. Not that the damage would last as he gives a lower click and the grass pokemon g uses Giga DRAIN

it provides enough cover for it to evade the GIGA DRAIN. it rotates, then drops back into the ground, disappearing.

"Tch," he grumbles as he tries to think, takes to take in the advice. It was a weakness that he was already well of aware of, Bulbasaurs weren't very fast. But with the type advantage, and this being on of Theo's pokemon they might have enough strength. Slow it down huh? [break][break]

"Make this one big and cover you!" he orders before he gives a click and from it's bulb comes SLEEP POWDER, enough to cover her and enough to cover most the field. This way no matter where the Sandslash came from it would take it in. And hopefully slow it down as the Bulbasaur took another hit.

sandslash appears soon enough, bursting out of the ground with another DIG attack. whether its attack lands is irrelevant — it takes a sniff of the SLEEP POWDER and feels the sudden urge to simply drop to the ground. it's only out of pure conditioning that it doesn't immediately.

a click makes it lash a claw out, SLASHing.

Because the blue powder is covering both pokemon Raziel is only able to take in their shadows. He gives a whistle out of habit but the Bulbasaur doesn't react to it as it was different from the clicks. She would make an attempt to use VINE WHIP to stop the attack but there was still a bit of a gap in strength despite the type advantage as the slash pushes through the whips and strikes true knocking her back.[break][break]

Her biggest saving grace being that the seed pokemon was a good tank. But Raziel knows shes not going to last long if she doesn't recover. He does another click to try and have her use GIGA DRAIN while the Sandslash was hopefully too slow to move much.

[attr="class","beck"]the type-disadvantage proves too fatal to ignore. sandslash buckles as its sucked dry by a GIGA DRAIN, and though it's able and ready to continue, sleep takes it. it falls to the ground and it doesn't take long for its soft snores to sound near them.

The grunt can't help but feel that was luck, there was a clear level difference between the two pokemon. Though it was part of why he liked poison types, the powders tp sleep and poison another pokemon to make them fall before the battle was even over. [break][break]

He tries to relax as the question was given, "Uhh she was really impressive sir! The training you did is amazing especially since she seemed able to adapt to even my orders," he couldn't even get the Toxtricity to properly listen. [break][break]

He leaves the question he wants to ask silent though, are you sure you don't want to keep it?
