Ice crashed into the Kingdra and suddenly everything changed, the former bravado of the Pokémon was now replaced with fatigue that threatened to take over. “Damn.” Panzer wasn’t able to battle anymore and pushing them further would only be cruel, Rowan wasn’t that kind of trainer.

“Come back.” A stream of red light brought back the Kingdra, returning them to the safety of the Pokeball. “Good match.” Rowan nodded towards his opponent with a small smile, accepting defeat as bitter as it may have been.
