"just one more push frauline! we got this!" kaz called otu to his struggling pokemon as he tried to make his words sound as encouraging as he could to light a fire underneath her. it seemed to work as the pokemon rose to her feet and put her hands together to form a glowing ball of light only to have it suddenly pop between her little nubs. the world began to spin once more for the bellossom as she felt herself getting confused. 

then the earth beneath her started to rumble as spikes shot out of the ground and slashed at her and sent her rolling back onto the ground. the grass under her gave her a bit of strength to continue the fight but it was the last of its reserves, soon one could see that the grass around them was starting to turn brown as it slowly died. even the fading rain wasn't going to be enough to save it as each blade shriveled up and died.

arco's chest heaves as his lungs greedily hunger for air. his RAIN DANCE is rewarded with another powerful drizzle, lightning dancing deep inside the storm clouds. beneath his feet, the vibrant green turns brown, and dies. the poliwrath sucks in a deep breath and puffs out his chest.

a heavy torrent of HYDRO PUMP surges from the naturally formed spiral on his chest. as he feels the energy begin to fade, he surges more power into it, as a second HYDRO PUMP propels forward.

a battle of endurance would go in his favor, but, even he would tire eventually.

notes + AMNESIA increases SDEF! | RAIN DANCE increases water-damage and boosts his speed considerably!

the twin hydro pumps came one after another and they nearly drowned the poor bellossom where she stood as she tried to move out of the way only to trip into them almost literally. the world was still spinning and now everything was wet. not a great combo. "frauline! hey are you ok?!" kazimir called out as he saw his pokemon go down after the second hydro pump and stuggle to get up to her feet only to fall over in a daze completely knocked out. the blonde let out a sigh and walked over to his pokemon and picked her up into his arms before shooting off a grin to the other guy, "well...looks like we got a lot of work to do. hope we gave ya guys a good fight at least. put 'er there." he said as he held out a hand as a sign of friendship.

when the battle ends, greyson has to blink a few times to make-sure. arco straightens in respect, nodding once at the downed pokemon.

greyson approaches.

"i hope she'll be alright. she was a hell of a fighter."

he shakes the other mans hand.

"i'm sure it'll be a different story next time."
