Zac nodded, the fog slowly wearing off. He realized that somewhere along the way he'd lost one of his Lars and Articuno flip-flops. "Uh, yeah. Fair enough. Thanks ref. Good match Sky!" he said, smiling and sticking out his unwounded arm to shake with the captain. "If there's anyone here that knows their way around sandy balls it's you." Once the shock and disorientation wore off, Zac would look back on his spotty memory of the last half of the match and laugh, right before remember that he now owed Captain Dross an 'outrageous favor'. |
