HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

Her little brother had been steadily making his way through the competition, and people were talking. Placing bets on him. Impressed, Saoirse had sought out a battle, and waited her turn.

It was finally here. Face somewhat burnt from the hot sun, she stared back from under dark bangs, a smirk on her face.

“You’re doing pretty well, I hear.”

She threw a pokeball, and a Blastoise materialized on the other side, stamping its foot into the sand. “You like water, right? Figured this would be fitting.”

“Don’t take it easy on us!”

She took a sip from a water bottle and poured some over the back of her neck, wetting part of a tank top. How she wished she could just be in bikini like others. Alas, she still had to hide a bit. Oh, well.

“Well enough, I can’t complain.” Rowan smiled at his sister, though he wasn’t sure what to exactly call her in a public setting such as this tournament. “Blastoise? Nice choice.” He had one of his own, though he wouldn’t be using Aku for this battle, the Pokémon deserved a rest after performing so well in the race against Razz Kingsman.

“I wouldn’t dream of it.” Rowan considered using his Lanturn to really seal the deal, but he wanted to give his sister a fighting chance at least. A Pokeball was tossed out and the form of Kingler appeared on the field of battle. “You ready?”
