The man's flustered response flies right over her head. In her line of work, with her recognizable face, she saw all kinds. So she doesn't overthink it, merely pulls herself to her feet and brushes sand from her clothing to hold out her hand.[break][break]

"Stormy, it's a pleasure to meet you."[break][break]

Only then does she glance down at the Milcery in his arms. It brings a smile to her face and she glances back up to meet his gaze.[break][break]

"Yeah, of course! Let's get goin', shall we?"

Stormy has absolutely no capacity for reading the room. This is a tournament, the heat of the battle, the thick of the.. milkshake.[break][break]

If Zayn had somewhere else he was supposed to be, then he needed better time management and to keep his head down better. Maybe stop watching pretty girls stretch on the beach too.[break][break]

With a flick of her wrist, she summons the goofy little thing. It seems dazed and confused, looking around as if it is lost. It is under the effect of its ANMESIA.

zayn was a humble man. a quiet man. a man that sought, what all men eventually do —— to see a girl in yoga pants.

how could one simply not engage, when afforded the opportunity?

he sighs internally, but fights on. this was an opportunity. an opportunity to meet a cute girl!

"haha, it's cute! let's go, milky, show them what we have!"

the weird cream pokemon rolls on the sand towards her opponent, before releasing a beautiful pink mist. it surrounds them all and forms an impressive MISTY TERRAIN.

Stormy sucks in a breath at the familiarity of the pink mist. It swirls from the Milcery, surrounding not only the Pokemon but the trainers as well in sparkly pink. It leaves her uneasy, an unwelcome and unexpected reminder of FERNANDO SILPH's powers, the influence he had had on her once upon a time.[break][break]

And of him trying to drown her during their last battle.[break][break]

With neither Pokemon taking moves to attack, Stormy gestures to the Bidoof to take initiative. It wobbles forward, shaking sand from its fur before jumping forward in a sprint, teeth at the ready to bite down with a SUPER FANG.

the beavers awkward waddle goes unmolested by the baby pokemon. teeth sink into creamy flesh and a small squeel is the result.

"retaliate milky!"

she does her best, a DAZZLING GLEAM lighting this corner of the beach in a soft, tan cream like glow.

Bidoof lets go for a second, long enough for the DAZZLING GLEAM to stun the beaver. But, thanks to his bout of amnesia from earlier, he seems to bounce back a little faster. [break][break]

despite its small stature, and less than stellar reputation, the front-toothed bidoof has a mean CRUNCH. it barrels down on the cream pokemon, and she again squeals in pain.

"get it off you, c'mon milky! you got this!"

she retaliates, massive mouth aiming to land an up-close and personal SWEET KISS.

As if struck by lightning, the SWEET KISS causes several mini explosions in the poor Bidoof's brain. Was this love? Was he.. in love? Was that cute little blob of milk and honey.. in love.. with him?[break][break]

The Bidoof literally falls over, pupils turned to hearts as his little tiny heart beats rapid enough to elicit chest pain.

Bidoof slowly pulls himself to his feet, clumsy and out of sorts. Once he gets his bearings, Stormy can see that his head bobs and weaves, and he grins stupidly up at the Milcery.[break][break]
