There was a bit of a strange mix, either Galarian dishes were too spicy, or there wasn't any spice at all. It was never any real consistency. Regardless, it was time to bring out the only Pokemon she had that really even knew anything about cooking. Berry, her Alcremie.[break][break]

The Alcremie was incredibly excited to take part, spinning around where she stood, climbing up into a stepping stool to properly be able to see aboard the tables. Just as Remiel Calcifet brought out the cupcakes, her Alcremie's eyes just seemed to light up.[break][break]

"Heh, I think Berry would like a shot at that, actually." Ruby handed the plate to the icing pokemon, only for it to suddenly Decorate the cupcakes with incredible speed and precision, only for them to turn out looking absolutely fabulous. [break][break]

"You know, you should be in the kitchen more often, Berry!" The Pokemon would cry out in cheer, as Ruby grabbed the plate and quickly handed it over to the Slurpuff.[break][break]

"Good boy!" [break][break]

He seemed to like that.

Now that they were done with the order, a new herd of customers came in.

“Ooh, that’s rough,” he grimaced at the sudden rush of the crowd before grabbing the piece of paper that had the orders listed on it.

It just so happened he had one of everything, but he didn’t want to hog all the ingredients so…

At least one was better than none, right? A flash of red light revealed the leader of one of his ‘bird harems’, a certain Delibird…

“Moroz, Ice Ball if you may.”

The Delibird, squawking happily since he was finally able to contribute to this madness, began chucking out a lot of circular Balls of frozen Ice into a container, where they were supposed to be crushed down into something that was similar to all those frappes he drank a lot.

as the ice balls were thrown about a few of them were caught by a bellossom who dusted the balls of ice with a bit of moonlight flavoring to really make them taste just as sweet as well as set the mood as the klinklang next to her were handed the balls of solid ice and thanks to its gear grind were broken up into smaller pieces that filled up a bucket for the crew to use for the iced coffee. "alright, that takes care of that...now about that pizza, hey! how's it going over there with the crust?"

over to where some of his more larger chefs had taken up station his Mudsdale was busy at work bulldozing the dough so that it was nice and firm for them to use. Meanwhile his Blastoise had taken to the art of spinning dough and thanks to its speedy rapid spin such a task was hardly a challenge for him, even if it did look a little bit silly seeing it balance the dough on its own shell. lastly came his Infernape who was busy sprinkling on some of the ingredients for a pizza, including those extra GALARCIA SEEDS that were in their pantry only for it to heat up the pizza with its own two hands by rolling over ith with a flame charge. hopefully the customers won't mind their food having a bit of monkey business to its construction. "alright! think we got most of the pizza cover-WAIT! where the heck are my greens?! We need them for this veggie special for these pizzas!"

Chef kazimir looked like he was about to have a heart attack as he quickly ran into the pantry to try and dig around for anything he could use for this veggie pizza order they had gotten along with the rest of them. why were customers so difficult?

Remiel pinches a bit of GALARICA SEEDS between his fingers, lifting them up onto his palm to inspect them with scrutinizing cobalt-blue eyes. Poisonous in high doses, the seeds were responsible for the Galarian variants of Slowpoke and its evolutions. Small quantities such as they were using here for the pizza, however, were quite harmless to humans.[break][break]

Wiping his hands clear of the seeds, he emerges out from the pantry to see Kazimir Wynter putting the finishing touches on the 'Cheesy Rowlet Pizza'. "That looks like it could use some greens on it," The prince remarks, noting Ruby Walker nearby. "I could do the honours, unless you've planned to." He adds, waiting and watching afterwards.[break][break]

"Can do!" Ruby yelled out to @remiel as she hurriedly continued to mix between cleaning up between each order, as well as participating in making them. There were only so many cooking spoons! One that touched the dough for one item, couldn't be used to make another without being cleaned first! Lunch hour was such a rush.[break][break]

Alas, her hands were tied up. Almost literally. The rubber gloves she had been using to scrub away at the pots were sticking together. Quite poor quality rubber, unfortunately. "Bluh, gross." Just taking the gloves off and tossing them into the trash, Ruby sent out Pine, her Sceptile. "Take care of it buddy, you got this. Leafage please."[break][break]

Sure enough, the Sceptile would swipe its hands through some greens, slicing them up to lovely bits before sending it out to be eaten. Another meal, another hopefully satisfied customer.

Nagato the shiny Sceptile and Tantor the Cufant were summoned and sent to help Kazimir Wynter with the DUGTRIO SANDWICH orders being prepared. The former sliced perfect loaves of bread with its LEAF BLADE, while the latter helped prepare sandwiches with its trunk before pressing them down together (SLAM).[break][break]

Meanwhile, Remiel oversaw the preparation of a slightly more complicated dish: the TORCHIC OMURICE. Seraphina the Blissey helped provide the eggs required to craft the delicacy (EGG BOMB), while the grey Fennekin known as Hermione helped cook each dish with a FIRE SPIN that sizzled it to perfection.[break][break]

"We need a little bit of HUSTLE... these orders are flying in at an exponential rate." Remiel spoke out, relatively calm despite the heightened activity in the kitchen.[break][break]

"Come on Peppermint, let's get going!" Sure enough, the Delibird had a surprising amount of Hustle in them. Once they got going on a project, they really didn't stop. To them, delivering these meals was just the same as delivering presents to happy children. People were satisfied all around, and that simply brought joy to their face. [break][break]

However, one of her other Pokemon was a little less... talented, when it came to meal preparation and assistance. Eros the Swoobat, was anything but talented. In fact, they were quite the Klutz. Regardless, after knocking over some pepper into the Omurice, Ruby quickly pulled them away from the food. "Alright, alright, back up dear. Just hold the tools when handed, so we can keep going, alright? Just float there, alright?"[break][break]

The Swoobat simply looked on, only to give Ruby a big ol' kiss in response. At least, they meant well.

"you need hustle? we got hustle, ain't that right beyblade?!" kaz called out as he was busy slicing tomatoes for the sandwhiches that were needed for today's order and as he did he decided to do something drastic. with one free hand he flung a whole ball of lettuce towards his hitmontop who was busy carrying dishes, when it saw the lettuce coming its way kaz was quick to call out his plan. "break it up nice and quick!" setting the dishes down the hitmontop unleashed a triple kick to blast apart the lettuce into several pieces and caught them in one of the bowls it was carrying before bringing it over to the table where kaz was working to add them to the dish after he gave them a good wash. they were still kicked apart by feet afterall.

Since everyone had been so busy in the kitchen, this time it was Alexei’s turn to go serve the order.

“Alright, I got this,” he remarked, grabbing the plates and making sure the orders were spick and span, not a stray crumb out of place.

“Be right back,” he said as he picked up the tray with practiced motions—they would all definitely noticed how he’d heft the tray; balanced with the completed order like it’s nobody’s business, and walked out of the kitchen looking for the table.

Eventually, he found the table that had placed the order.

“Your order,” he said with a little flourish, cheekily grinning as he ladled out the plates left-handed before returning to the kitchen, still leaning on the cane as necessary.

as the chef came back with a box of produce that was room temperature nurse joy the blissey didn't waste any time helping out in the kitchen by taking some of the produce from said boxes and flinging them over into a pot where the gratin was being made. she didn't even question why they were room temperature in the first place, she just did so and went back to double slapping the dough for the pasta so that it was nice and firm. at least she was helping out more than was asked of her. so that was something right?

as the dough was prepared and cooked percival the gallade took it upon himself to show that they didn't need fancy cutlery like knives in the kitchen while he was there. with his arms turning sharp he made sure to cut each strand of pasta to its perfect size with a false swipe to make sure that he didn't over do it. once they were a consistent and long enough length he would deposit them into a pot to cook.

it was in this pot that volnutt a galarian slowpoke took it upon himself to show that slowpokes weren't slackers as many would believe and filled the pot with scalding water. sure they would need to light it up on the bottom for the pasta to cook faster but a little boiling water never hurt anyone in the kitchen right? that was just silly.

Kazimir Wynter 's command of the kitchen suddenly flared as he and his Pokémon worked on clearing the Yamper Pasta orders that had suddenly come through. Remiel, in the meantime, found an opportunity to use his skills as a Ghost-type specialist with the Gratin a la Pumpkaboo orders that followed. How appropriate, he thought, to employ Ghost-type Pokémon to such a dish.[break][break]

Sure enough, his side of the kitchen came alive with POLTERGEIST activity after summoning his chosen specters: his most loyal butler Earl Grey the pink Sinistea, Abaddon the Gourgeist, and Ankha the Meowth on the sidelines to PICK-UP Kazimir Wynter 's finished orders of Yamper Pasta and ferry them out to the waiters, who, in turn, delivered them to happy customers.[break][break]

Their process began as so: Remiel chopped and gathered the ingredients with a little help from the Blissey (FLING). Abaddon the Gourgeist would concoct and mix his own secret spice through ghostly means (TRICK-O-TREAT) before adding it to the gretin to be cooked. After the royal topped it off with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and butter, Earl Grey would scorch the top of it to a rich, light brown with a ghostly blue flame (WILL-O-WISP).[break][break]

After being cooked to perfection and garnished, Remiel would set the Pumpkaboo-style bowl onto a flat plate and send it out.[break][break]

Mercifully, Alexei didn’t see what the hell was going on in the kitchen, having decided to run the table bussing this time (seeing as Remiel was the one who had been doing a majority of that work earlier) and was busy running orders to all the tables that had requested for them, bum leg aside.

Most of the gathered people were watching the Frotree Gym Leader in silent-eyed wonder as he bussed tables, picking up dishes one-handed while leaning on the cane he used to walk around with.

Eventually, he returned back to the kitchen with several trays loaded with empty dishes, ready to be thrown into the dishwasher.

“Let’s get cracking,” he gestured as he began to separate the plates from the cutlery, and the glasses as well.
