Plane upkeep, fuel and personal exploration projects costs a lot to maintain. So long as you can pay him, allegiances don’t matter all too much to Angelo; he'll turn a blind eye to something that seems a little suspect and won't ask questions, if the same privacy is extended to him… or for the right price. Rocket and John Doe’s are welcome to make a proposition. Whether Angelo accepts or not is down to if he finds the cash - or the risk - to be worth his while.[break][break]

Currently, Angelo rents to dock his plane at a public hangar along the Lilycove coast. Through some careful saving and after a whole lot of repairs, he hopes to transform a rundown, seafront warehouse into his own personal hangar. He’ll need to build up a nice lump sum of PD before he can afford all of that, however… so it’s time to get to work![break][break]

In his aerial travels, Angelo has been slowly exploring and charting the many uninhabited or undocumented islands that dot the Hoenn oceans onto a map. Coordinates, inhabitants, landmarks, biome qualities and other interesting details that he feels important enough to add, also accompany the drawings. [break][break]

Thanks to this project and spending a year extensively travelling the mainland, Angelo has grown to know the Hoenn region like the back of his hand, and is an adept navigator.[break][break]
