Encouragement comes from the most unexpected of places, yet it's still welcomed all the same. Though she can't say she'll pour all of her heart out into a book that others would read, she's certain that some parts of her true feelings would show.

Still, great beaches... diving spots and hiking trails... Overall, it sounds more and more like a refined and expanded version of Sootopolis with its seaside appeal. She can almost hear the sound of waves crashing against the beach.

While in actuality Mars cares little for most people, Lis has actually proven herself to be surprisingly interesting. Perhaps it’s simple because she’s Killian’s little sister or perhaps there’s much more than that, but the fact remains that conversation flows easily between them, and time passes with him barely even realising as much.

But, the sun pauses for no conversation, and the natural sunlight that illuminates the hot spring soon begins to fade, marking the approaching end of the day.

Time really does pass quickly when you're preoccupied with your thoughts. It's as if the universe is trying to tell them to be immersed in the moment for as long as they can be, to enjoy whatever fleeting moments they may have in their present and their futures to come.

Though she smiles back, there remains a hint of sadness upon her lips - Wistful wishes to have company as pleasant as this once more.

She stops, to remain mindful of her position and space, watching the faint shadows lingering upon the entrance screen and recognising the pokemon that soon steps out.

"Dianthus..." Cooing softly, Lis crooks a finger to scratch under the Espeon's chin. "I get it, we're going... pretty sure Loveless isn't going anywhere anytime soon."

Water drips off her visage as she rises, a cold breeze nipping at her skin as her body quietly craves the warmth that she'd once been soaking in.

"Killian visits the shop every now and then, so if you two ever wanted to come together for tea... well, he knows the address. Just let me know if you ever plan on coming!"

The worst part of visiting a hot spring is and always will be the inevitable moment when having to step out of the water. There’s nothing pleasant or enjoyable about the feeling of cold breeze against his skin, but Mars pushes past the discomfort all the same, a towel hanging loosely from his neck by the time he turns to look at Lis once again.

So she really is Killian Decker’s sister, huh?

How to pass on the chance of having both siblings in the same room? He’s way too curious about seeing them interact, and yet, without a doubt, Mars knows that he would probably still stop by Lis’ bakery when visiting Sootopolis even if she weren’t related to his best friend.
