She chuckles at this, for while not particularly narcissistic, it’s all too obvious that that’s exactly what would happen when wearing a dress like this. It would happen to anyone, honestly.

Ogling can lead to getting hit on by randoms, which in Lia’s opinion, definitely gets annoying.

A smirk, and she steps closer to him, getting on the very tips of her toes to give him a gentle and quick peck on the cheek – as if it's nothing. As if it doesn't mean anything. But, doesn't it?

Just like that, she goes back to the fitting room, giving him a smile.

the quick peck on his cheek catches him off guard. he smiles, feeling warm at such a simple gesture that should mean nothing but for whatever reason means a lot to him. he appreciates it, appreciates her, and appreciates this moment.[break][break]

It was because it’s him, and because truly, she’s happy that he’s here with her even if he’s not being all that helpful. It’s nice, and the kind of thing she should get used to, but should she really be thinking things like those?

Instead of dwelling on all of that, she simply turns her attention to getting changed, this time going with one of her own choices – a white backless dress, the flowers tattoed on her back being as if centerpiece when she ties her hair up.

She chuckles as she steps out, smiling at him just as before.

he realizes he's not being constructive or helpful in the slightest, so gently, he spins her so her back's facing towards him. the same hand traces up her back, smoothing over inked skin.[break][break]

Biting softly onto her lower lip, Lia holds back a yelp, and she can feel the warmth of blood rushing to her cheeks – a breath being taken to steady herself while a smile lingers on her lips.

through the reflection, he smiles at her, noticing just how close he'd gotten. he doesn't mind, evident by how he lowers slightly to kiss her shoulder. it's subtle, quick, but meaningful.
