Not to Sol, at least, but of course Sol wouldn’t think so. Of course she would find it both confusing and kind of funny whenever someone does. And, of course she would feel a small need to make fun of Matias for it.

Cruel, but when the compliment comes, she simply looks at him, because truthfully, it’s not often that she’s told things like those (probably because even at this age her demeanor intimidates most people).

Even though Sol may tease him, it’s not like she would actually go and tell Magnus about all this. After all, nothing good would come from it, and is there really any reason for him to know? The way she sees it, it doesn’t affect him and it’s none of his business. Call it the rebellious teen perspective, maybe. Maybe it’s just her being all too apathetic.
