Remiel returns to MT. PYRE with ZLATO in tow. Their previous visit had been cut short by a territorial Alakazam. Thankfully, his SHINY POIPOLE had made quick work of it.

The search for UNOWN continued again today, however. It seemed like a search that would never end.

A POWER SPLIT was a rather strange effect to feel for one's self. The very world itself seemed to separate into two halves of different contrast for a moment. Oddly enough, both trainer and pokemon felt a little stronger than they did earlier.

Before the former could put that to the test, however, the CLAYDOL that had summoned this spell suddenly SELF-DESTRUCTED in the sky above them. How strange, Remiel thought, as bits and pieces of it rained down all around.

In a gesture of boredom, Zlato plays target practice with some tombstones as they walk along the Mt. Pyre path. He shoots at specific targets with his PIN MISSILE, causing no permanent damage. Then a WOBBUFFET claps for an ENCORE from afar.

It takes Remiel about twenty minutes to grab and drag his Poipole away from the Pokémon's influence. The tombstone he'd been coerced into assaulting with his projectiles is reduced to half its size by the time the whole ordeal ends.

A SLUDGE WAVE overwhelms the GOTHITELLE that had attempted to impede their way. It shrieks out as it tries to run away, but is swept up in a flood of bubbling purple ooze expelled from Zlato's mouth.

When the poisonous tide subsides, Remiel steps forward to find the Pokémon in the fetal position. He produces an empty luxury ball from his pack as he shakes his head. Then, with a toss, he secures the capture.
