The masked man may recognize the olive toned woman that turns at the sudden disruption of her pleasant conversation. Of course, Toni was representing the family in Hoenn as one of the few annual philanthropic balls that the more high-society tend to make an appearance at for a good public reputation.

Not unsimilar than their quick speed date, she is dressed simply, but elegantly. The family jewels that coat her at the star of the show.

The Shinx at her ankles hisses violently at the Mienshao, ears pressed against her skull. With brows pinched tight, Toni glares at the masked man, her jaw tightening in annoyance. She faces the stranger with a rather judgmental, “rather bold to disrupt such an event,” she is by no means challenging him (if it is a him), merely attempting to distract long enough for security to subdue the intruder.

Belial Stone

In the distance, the GIANT CLEFABLE in a pretty pink tutu (that this party was meant for) sat on a velvet throne and gasped at the sight. The masked man and his Mienshao worked together to flip a table, in the meantime. The latter huffed when Toni's Shinx hissed at her.

The masked man, in the meantime, regards the familiar woman with a smirk as security comes rushing in past the crowd from all directions. "Good money is enough to make anyone bold, isn't it? Everyone has a price. Gumball over there failed to pay hers." He amusedly adds, regarding the Clefable with a nod before a Machoke comes charging their way.

A lightning fast kick to the Machoke's face (BOUNCE) sends the Mienshao flying into the sky, and her opponent crashing into a table across from them. Her master engages with one the security guards shortly thereafter, dispatching the man with a flurry of punches and one devastating kick to the chest.

Flipping a table? Her eyes roll at such unnecessary theatrics. It’s definitely a man, his voice confirms it. There’s something familiar about it, but not familiar enough for her to recognize it outright. It materializes as an unshakable curiosity.

Toni’s dark eyes turn back towards the Clefable as the masked man refers to her. Didn’t pay? Tsk tsk. For a moment, Toni recalls some of the rather questionable things she’s hired other to do on her behalf when the patrons to her business couldn’t pay. For a moment, she feels a bit of sympathy for the Clefable, but it doesn’t last long.

“But at a party? Really, how distasteful. ” there’s obvious judgment in her voice laced with a bit of disgust if only for her ruined evening. As many of the party goers scatter as a result of the fight, Toni remains in place, simply sipping on her champagne. She has no intention of getting involved. It seems this character isn’t going to give up even as security rushes him.

The woman leans left as a splinter of table rushes by her right side. Unfazed, she takes another sip of champagne, watching the events unfold as if she was watching this evening’s entertainment.

Belial Stone

The masked man laughs, pivoting out of the way of a baton before literally kicking a guard in the ass and sending him tumbling ahead. "You really think so? To me the party seems a lot more lively now than it'd been a minute ago..." He says with swagger, casting the beauty a brief look before sauntering off towards the Clefable.

As the man's Mienshao holds a small group of security guards at bay with blazing fast moves, he produces what appears to be a black gun from the side of his hip. The barrel is considerably girthier than a typical gun, however. Even so, the Clefable trembles at the sight before unleashing a mysterious power (METRONOME).

And, before Belial can fire off a shot, GRAVITY seems to disappear in the ballroom. Everyone except the Clefable is subject to becoming lightweight before floating gently up into the air. In his desperation, the masked man clings to a table with one hand, but soon finds that floating, too. "Ugh... gravity makes for a terrible friend anyway! It's always holding me down."
