Rain Dance Shutdown

Amelia watched with admiration as Oliver readied himself for battle. Even as he rushed ahead into battle, leaving her to deal with any stragglers. The young ranger watched for a few minutes as he jumped into the fight, literally, with a baton. His Dragonite took down four whole Pokemon in a single blow. Following up with the final two, stopping the rain over that patch of camp.
She shook her head, as if to ready herself, and jumped down into the action. While Oliver had taken out a majority of the Pokemon and Trainers in the area. Either knocking them unconscious or causing them to fall fast asleep. There were a few who had stood up, readying for round two. Either unaffected by the Sleep Powder or because they were wearing masks.
Amelia’s mask, given to her by Oliver – proved effective – at keeping away all of the spores. One of the stragglers called on a Lunatone which floated over, slightly dazed but still willing to battle. So, it seemed.
“Outta the way, kid. Leave the battles to the big boys.”
“Palpitoad! Let’s go!” Amelia called, completely ignoring the insult. Raising a hand, she launched one of the Poke Balls from the gauntlets. A small blue frog appeared at her side. A smug look appeared across its face as it prepared to battle. “Mud Shot!”
Palpitoad opened its mouth, and swung a long tongue from left to right, spitting mud at the same time. Like small boulders of hardened mud. The cultist merely smirked and called out to his Lunatone to use Psychic. The mud stopped in midair, halfway between the frog’s mouth, and the target.
“Is that the best you've got, brat. Psychic!” Palpitoad was pushed to the ground, forced down by the force of the attack.
“Finish it! Ston–” The man called, sounding confident. But before he had a chance to finish his move, the young ranger had called over him. The Palpitoad nodded and stepped forward. Amelia placed her hands over her ears as the frog opened its mouth, once again. Releasing a deafening note of sound, that radiated across the nearby camp. Causing the very tents and tables to rock or tip over.
The Lunatone failing to hear the final order, turned to face its master. But this, as was a mistake. It was then blasted with a Hydro Pump and sent flying over the camp to land in the ground, unconscious.
“Sorry, you’re out of luck.” Amelia said, smiling and wrapping the man's hands up with the Zip Ties. With this done, she continued onward to try and catch up with Oliver, while tying up any fallen bodies she found along the way.
