deep in the heart of meteor falls, greyson breathes in a surprisingly fresh breath of air. the spring located deep in the caves seems to keep the air moist and vibrant, and he appreciates that.

he takes a step further inside when, whether it's the fact that the floor is kind-of wet, or perhaps he was just clumsy, greyson slips and begins to roll down the small ledge.

"You okay, man?" calls out a friendly face from above. The cawing of a Starly on his shoulders, Ashley Sawyer watches the guy roll down a small ledge from the top, seeing him just a moment before the tumble.

He had been here himself for one reason or another, to give Bullet here a good amount of field experience. Besides, if someone needed help, it was this guy. Taking a tumble in this cave probably hurt a helluva lot.

Ashley holds his hand up and shakes it, making a rather loud "Eh". He'd seen worse, but it would still be pretty bad. "All things considered, you seem fine, guy." He remarks, sliding down to come join him, patting himself off.

When he reaches where Greyson is, he closes somewhat the distance, before turning his head to the side. A small little moon-shaped rock eyed Ashley, and he blinks. "Neat." The moon's eyes blink towards him, as he holds out a Pokeball that direction.

The moon levitates even closer, and smacks its nose on the ball.

"That was easy enough." He puts the ball away, and holds a hand out. "Sawyer. You okay... you?" Hopefully the guy didn't hurt himself. Ashley could at least do first aid.

"Honestly? Kind of?" He shrugs, as he helps Greyson back to his feet, the small Comfey patching him up. When he's all fixed up, he yawns, walking to collect his Lunatone. Another tenant. Hopefully this one was temporary.

The mudfish that surfaces in a small pools eyes Sawyer up, as Sawyer pats his head, pocketing the Lunatone, and traveling back over. "Let's call it aimless hiking. It's like exploring, but I'm not really looking for anything in particular. I guess a new Dragon tenant?"

He scratches his cheek.

"Looks like you scored big though, Greyson." He offers a soft smile, leaning against the wall. "What about you? Explorer?"

"aimless hiking, huh?" the term brings a loose smile to his mouth, something uniquely amusing about it.

"much of the same, i guess." he scrapes his hands together, up and down, getting the excess dirt and debris off from his fall. the pain was minor, though with all things like this, it'd come more intensely later. likely, in the shower. he'd have to keep up the healing over the next hour or so.

This guy gets it. The smile is reflected back to Greyson, as he rubs the back of his head. Two aimless hikers. That was a vibe, and he appreciated it. It was tranquil in here.

The Elgyem makes him wince, as he watches the little guy take a huge whiff of poison gas. "I could see why. Typically I go to the beach for that, but Hoenn has that on surplus. Caves like this are much rarer."

It was a simple life, really. He was here thanks to a certain Grookey attempting to get him off his nicotine addiction.

despite the poisonous aspect of ghost, a hatenna finds itself enamored by the lizard's strange, ivory stained scales. it's rather naive nature made it questionable to attack, so the lizard just puts up with it.

Ashley chuckles. This guy, he liked this guy. Good vibes all around. Even as the Hatenna scurried closer to the lizard, the silver-haired man just laughs at the aversion to the sun.

"You too? Can't get away from it, what's with that twelve-hour crap?" He grins, only to see a Clauncher eye him... menacingly.

He stares.

"..." The Clauncher scurries away, as Greyson notes he just wants to keep his liver on the way back.

Ashley laughs again. "Nah, of course I'm taking that. Black market likes livers. What would I do with your liver? Forreal." It was fun banter, at least. He was enjoying Greyson's company.
