Summer chuckled, crossing her legs and leaning back in her chair with a sigh. Her skin was warm in the sun as she basked, like a dog-type Pokemon soaking up the rays.

"What do you wanna do, while we wait?" she asked.

"Guests choice, after all. You're the most important person on the boat."

Summer didn't mind the idea. It actually sounded kind of fun. It had been a while since she played a game like that, mostly because she didn't really care to get to know people that well.

She raised her brows.

Summer couldn't help the snort, followed by a sharp spell of laughter at his statement. Shouldn't he know, since they had spent time together before? She wondered where he was going with this.

"I feel like you should know that. Did you want a gimme?"

Summer tipped her drink back, allowing herself to savor the sip before sighing and setting it to the side. She looked him over, thinking before speaking again.

"You, or your family, actually have more money than people think. More worth, some would say in the business world."

Summer considered the comment for a moment. It was a complicated feeling. How did she feel now?

"Once, I did. Now, I don't. So, no."

She sipped her drink regardless, eyeing him up and down before speaking once more.

"You enjoy your newfound fame since you became a gym leader."

"You think so? What's your reasoning behind that?" she asked curiously.
