It was an easy enough mission to complete, he'd been asked along with another to take a night patrol on one of the Team Rocket submarines. Something had been going on during that time, with strange noises and problem within the underwater vehicle. Zagan had never been on a submarine before and it was all quite interesting though sub's were rarely the height of technology, so it was more just an appreciation of the old, yet still working machine then anything highly technical.

Zagan was supposed to meet the person he was expected to work with, in what he was told was the mess hall. He already had some theories as to what might be causing the issues they might be facing but nothing concrete, he would let time tell him what was really going on. Given at least one pokemon typing and some research he remembered from back at Area 28, he could honestly see any number of outcomes here. But he would look into finding his partner first, it shouldn't be hard as they were some of the only people still on board or at least awake at this hour.

He walked in from one of the two entrances to the mess hall, still in his formal looking attire that resembled a private school uniform. He wore it mostly due to the fact he only had the clothes on his back when he left home but also because he was used to wearing it, there was no R on his outfit as that would signify to the world whom he was or that his name started with that. Either way it wasn't really his style, least they try and make him wear such a thing but he doubt they had it in his size. "Hello, I'm here to help deal with this underwater issue" exclaimed Zagan as he entered the mess hall.

Dione was finishing off eating a apple. Waiting for the partner she was supposed to work with- a glance up and she caught sight of a... child. How many children was she going to be meeting recently? A brow cocked, it made her mentally grimace. How many kids were in Rocket? It sure proved the league wasn't doing their damn jobs.

Standing to toss out her apple and wipe her hands off, she waved to the boy. "Hello, I'm Dione." She called smoothly, propping a hand on her hip. "Guessing you're my partner for tonight. Ready to see what is making this sailors poop their pants at night?" Trying to be friendly and lighten the mood with a kid.

The lady he'd be working with was snacking on an apple as he arrived, he had already eaten before coming so he was fine in that regard. Thankfully she didn't become rude upon seeing the young man, he'd gotten all kinds of reactions from people across Rocket. From disgust, offense or just plain angry while at least one time, he's pretty sure he set some girl's maternal instincts off and she tried to act all stupid and childish at him. But none of that mattered right now as they had a job to do "Salutations Dione, I'm Zagan. And I'm ready to find out what's been going on" replied Zagan as he pondered where they should start.

One of the locations for the disruption was here in the mess hall, it was a decent meet up spot for them to start things off. Though whether the trouble will start here was something that was uncertain, he looked around for a moment and then back to Dione. "The brief did mention this as one of the disruptive spots, should we start here then" posed Zagan as he wondered why a ghost or whatever it was happened to pick those locations mentioned. He didn't know if Ghost pokemon even ate food, his Mimikyu did but she was also half Fairy so that made things harder to connect to other Ghosts.

Zagan grabbed one of the poke balls from his belt, the one that contained his Mimikyu. "I have a Mimikyu, if we need something to keep an eye out for potential other Ghosts. If need be" added Zagan unsure about whether to bring her out because she can be a little protective and they were meant to get rid of the trouble but at the same time she could be pretty scary given half a reason as well.

Dione recalled the briefing, she had been sitting here watching to see if anything had changed. Nothing had just yet, but who knows what the night would bring on to them. From her shirt poked her larvesta, the fire bug blinking a few times, before it disappeared again to hide. Not wanting to deal with anything just yet.

"I haven't seen anything while I've waited here, but we can begin looking around to see if we can discover anything."

Honestly she wouldn't be surprised if someone was just trying to play a damn prank. If they were, she was going to wring their necks so much. Regardless, it was a mission, and kept Rocket the hell off her back. "We could lay out some traps, something that might bring out whatever it is. If it's hungry, that is."

Not versed much on ghost-types, she had no idea what they did.

So the lady hadn't seen anything, she didn't seem the type to be scared of ghosts or random noises. "I really hope this isn't just the subs metal making noises, and the crew just don't understand that metal can do that" he said outloud, though they were underwater and temperature was mostly cold the pressure on the other hand could still make the metal react to the situation. He put Mimikyu's pokeball back for the moment thinking she might scare off what they're hunting, as too many pokemon feared the little ghost fairy.

"A thorough look around could be useful, as for traps. I'm not really certain about what Ghost pokemon eat or if they even do, my own is half Fairy so I don't know if she's a good indication of such things" mused Zagan as he started to move around the dining area. His stature made it hard to see anything high above him but he had a decent view of the smaller and lower stuff.

He weaved between tables and chairs and even went towards the kitchen area, which was closed at this point. Whether it was due to their investigation or the time of night they were in, he wasn't really sure but either way it might be one of the main targets.
