The valley preceding the back entrance to the METEOR FALLS was, indeed, rather dark. Quite beautiful and mysterious, too. Remiel found a strange sort of peace whenever he found himself here.

Traveling alongside his troop of FALINKS today, the prince hopes to spend his time excavating today. He's brought along his tools in a vintage leather bag. Though, sure enough, he was bound to come across a wild Pokémon or two.

Having found an interesting crater in the middle of the woodlands here, Remiel stops to have a snack. He's only halfway through finishing his granola bar, however, when his troop of FALINKS return from a scouting assignment. Collectively, they carry an INKAY on their backs.

Despite a few of these Falinks being dazed by PSYBEAM and SLASHED, they had managed to COUNTER the little squid's attacks and bring it here as an offering to their master.

With an amused chuckle, Remiel produces an empty luxury ball from his pack and stands up. Within seconds, he's tapping that ball against the unconscious Inkay's forehead.
