Killian dusted dirt from his shirt and jacket, frowning. For what felt like the billionth time, Cinder broke free from her leash. That damn Houndoom was going to be the death of him.

"Gah, where did she run off too?" he glanced about the nearby foliage but saw no sign of her.

"Great," Killian groaned, "There goes my afternoon."

Pinching his nose, Killian started his search for the dog, shouting her name as he went.

Rustling grass ahead caught Killian's attention, and he released his Jolteon. The feline's fur bristled, sparks running down her spine.

"Thunder Wave. lightning jumped from her back, arcing into vibrant lines that assaulted the foliage. Too bad the Pokemon making the noise wasn't Cinder. The Flittle rolled out from the grass, paralyzed and shaking.

Killian tossed a Poke Ball.

He didn't see the results of the capture, a voice drawing his eyes away.

Like a present from a Delibird, the universe sends him help.

"My Houndoom." Killian replied, sighing. "She has a nasty habit of breaking free from her leash." and giving him a headache.

The sudden attack not only caught a Flittle off guard and left it suspected to capture by this man but it also scared off a Girafrige as it scampered deeper into the trees. Kaz just glanced towards it as his attention was brought back to the man as he mentioned his missing Houndoom. Poor fella, must be tough to lose a pooch that just likes to run off the leash. "Can't say I have and I was coming from the other direction. Maybe I just wasn't looking at her or something, but hey if ya need help I'm happy to lend a pair of eyes. Any idea what made her go off on her own?"
