Standing behind the sturdy trunk of an old tree, Angelo perceives only the blur of the woodland tunnelling past a dragon's flight and the illumination of the barricade.

Invisible and silent, as if born from wind itself, Latios is not contained from breaking through the barricade and into the cordoned off area. Showing Angelo what he sees as he advances further into League restricted territory. 

Both would find however, even as he slinks and observes, that entrance into the rift itself not an easy task. Guards and scientists positioned around the slice in space making an opening not easy to come by.

They'd have to make do with but a sneak peek, at least for tonight. Both deciding to pull back.

When psychic energy dispels from his eyes, Angelo is greeted by the sight of feline eyes, blinking up at him.

He has to suppress the instinctive 'ugh' that almost snags out with an exhale. “Where did you come from...?”
