On his return trip to the SAFARI ZONE for more TATSUGIRI, Remiel brings along his ARCHEN and his fishing gear. They find a different lake within the territory this time. As Remiel finds a good place to sit and cast his line, SCARAMOUCHE inhabits the forest behind him, casting the occasional squawk every now and again.

Pleased with his capture on the previous visit, the royal finds a nice stone ledge to sit on before beginning his fishing. The day is nice, despite the rolling clouds in the sky above. Truth be told, however, he's ready for Spring to come by.

This time around, Remiel's fishing is relatively peaceful. Well, except for the noise behind him. Unlike before, when wild Pokémon would walk straight up to him with little regard for personal space, his Archen did well to keep them at bay.

The first to try was a DARUMAKA. It TAUNTED the prehistoric bird with a little dance. It didn't really know what it was in for, however, when said bird launched itself at it with a wild display of ACROBATICS.

A CHINGLING hanging on a branch was a lure for the Archen. It attacked the poor creature without warning, swooping in with such fierce ACROBATICS that it hardly stood a chance. Afterward, it brought the unconscious windchime to Remiel as a gift.

The prince in question pauses from his fishing to regard said gift. With a sigh, he eventually reaches into his pack for an empty Luxury Ball. "Thanks," He says, tapping said ball against the Chingling.

The Archen spots familiar prey. A SCORBUNNY BOUNCES throughout the forest, looking for berries. It doesn't even notice the ancient bird gliding towards it until it is fiercely attacked with ACROBATICS. It squeaks in shock.

Afterward, the Archen brings the bunny to Remiel's side. It has fallen unconscious since its attack. Pulling out an empty Luxury Ball, the ambassador catches it.

Seeing the Archen wreak havoc in its forest, a PANCHAM vocalize a PARTING SHOT at the better. Before it can run to safety, however, the little cub is struck down by a vicious display of ACROBATICS. It is then dragged, rather unceremoniously, towards Remiel.

By the time it reaches the prince, the Pancham is stirring awake. Alarmed, Remiel quickly reaches for a Luxury Ball before tapping it against its head. It disappears in a flash of golden light, and is captured thereafter.

A CUTIEFLY acts as the perfect distraction for Scaramouche. Its speediness and buzzing manages to keep it safe from the Archen's ACROBATICS and talons for a while. When it nips at its wings with its beak, however, the little fairy takes to the skies.

The Archen is then reminded of its innate incapability to fly. It glides towards a tree and hurriedly climbs it, reaching the top just in time to see the Cutiefly disappearing over the horizon. It squawks; disappointed. Then it climbs back down.

Keeping his Archen on wild Pokémon duty, while he fished in relative peace, had finally paid off. Something snagged his bait again, and Remiel was quick to reel it in after smoothly standing up. After the struggle is quelled, he lifts the TATSUGIRI up to inspect it.

Such a fascinating little wyrm, he thinks as he examines it with his cobalt blue hues. Before long, however, the prince reaches into his pack for a Luxury Ball to capture it. One gentle tap is all it needs to absorb the little dragon-fish in a flash of light.
