Whoa, did this game know who he was? Callan paused as he observed the three choices. It was entirely possible, given the seemingly mystical properties that occurred on his route as well. Obviously, he wanted to say he was Callan Young, but it'd also be pretty funny to say he was Kyle. Hmm, he could also just say he was a fan to see what kind of person Fae was before he introduced himself. He clicks [ SAY YOU'RE JUST A FAN ]. Which he was, who didn't like a Fae Madden comedy?

Ah, there was only one real answer for this one, to anyone who's ever seen the movie, it was this scene that stuck out to Callan the most. The one where it showed Fae wasn't just a pretty Hollywood Actress, but a hardened veteran with immense skill and focus to be able to pull off such an action sequence. [THE SHOOTOUT], which he assumed was the 10 minute long bloody brawl that was taken in one shot. Brutal, realistic, ugly, like a real fight.

Fae Madden is a woman who has built her career around her ability to lie; she's a master of her craft. In her films she fully becomes the character expected of her and in interviews she plays a character as well — kind and polite, full of wit and charm. None of these characters are who Fae Madden really is, and when you sit beside her for the premiere of her movie, when the director steps onto the stage and thanks everyone for attending, you find a woman filled with pride. Proud of her work. Proud of what has been achieved by everyone involved in this project.

"Enjoy." She tells you right before the film begins, her lips marked by a hint of a smirk. Not that she hopes you'll enjoy it. She knows you will.

The film is provocative, a mockery of pretentiousness and of the people who take the joy out of art. The people who see it only for its value, those who only care about status, those who criticize for the sake of increasing their own status, and those who demystify and take all the magic out of art. Fae Madden plays the heroine, an escort who understands the plight of the chef that is the film's supposed villain.

You're watching this film with the people who made it, so as should be expected, there are cheers with every beautiful dish presented, applause at the action and even the most gory and brutal scenes, laughter at the jokes, and an overall feeling of enjoyment through it all.

Fae Madden stays quiet through it all.

Her gaze is fixed on the screen for every single second until the last word in the credit rolls. Her expression is unreadable. You don't dare to even consider making a move, this clearly matters to her more than anything.

She doesn't make a single sound until turning to look at you, her head tilting slightly.

Callan finishes the movie and takes a moment to smoke. [break][break]

It was a great movie. He thought, it was a single consensus on an otherwise biblical level of cutting allegory into his life. But he wasn't just going to answer with just that. [break][break]

Even if this were just a simple otome route, Callan understood why Fae was silent, why this film was important to her. Above all else, it was the denigration of art, the craft of creating something to give onto others. Whether it was music, acting or cooking, those who rise to the absolute echelons of their field must bleed in order to perfect and push boundaries. [break][break]

And Julian Slowik was one who had bled far too much. It struck close to home for him, and there was some catharsis that he did feel, as he watched those who drained the lifeblood of the chef's field of work go in flames. Did Fae feel the same way?[break][break]

Was this a girl that has been molded into the hardened, ironclad woman that she was now by the pressures of her work? Was she an outcome of an industry that prostituted, crushed and shaped her chosen form of artwork into a money printing machine? He doubted Fae was a victim, but in this he could sympathize, having also worked in the entertainment industry. [break][break]

What did he think? Callan stared at the typing box before going with his gut. [break][break]

[Custom Input]: "I loved it. I related to it as an artist. That we ply our craft for a living and status is a fact in our lives, but it was a little chilling to see so much of myself reflected in Julian. The madness that follows in your goal for perfection." Callan turns his attention towards Fae, his eyes looking into hers, "I can see the film meant a lot to you, what do you think about it?"
