OLD ENGLISH was quite older than he looked. DRUDDIGON had unnaturally long lives anyway, of course. If allowed to absorb enough sunlight and avoid those who endeavored to hunt them to extinction (even to this day), their natural lifespan was about as long as some whale species. Even so, this one had met its end some time ago.

Through the magic of fossil reanimation, however, Remiel had effectively 'brought it back to life' in a sense. Now Old English hunted through the forests of the ROUTE 116, stalking the prey of the New World. Its life-giver, in the meantime, took notes on the lumbering ancient beast's behavior.

The first wild Pokémon the giant dragon would encounter would come to be a GIRAFARIG. The beast had done well to hide in the bushes after hearing the stomps approach. If it hadn't been for its snickering and chomping tail, it might have gotten away.

But, alas, said tail served to ASTONISH the Druddigon before it strode in with a METAL CLAW. Thankfully, Remiel arrived just in time to keep the Girafarig from becoming the beast's dinner. He did not hesitate to pull out an empty Luxury Ball and cast it.
