The Duality of Rocket (Mission)

The very backhanded answer was proof enough that she was in good health at least. Soyeon furrowed her brows at the woman's response while doing her best to remain patient, but all things considered, she was snappy despite appearing something close enough to wasting away in prison. Maybe it was because her answer was a piercing confirmation about her thoughts towards Rocket and she was trying something to bide her time until it was time to run away from it all, but she'd bite her tongue at the jabs.
Or maybe Soyeon was just another face in the ranks of scoundrels and horrible people and in denial. It's hard to really shake that image of her inside of her head.
"You have no reason to trust me, I get that. But I needed to talk with you about something I think you can help me with. It's for a friend of mine." she said, her tone going more soft and careful not to arouse suspicion from anybody else nearby. "And because I think I owe you from our fight. It also helps that you are kind of important from what I read in your file."
She opened the bag going across her shoulder diagonally and would gently thumb through it, though picking her eyes upwards to spot the gashes, claw marks and wounds on the woman's arms. Nasty things, but she only had stuff that she was able to procure from the media's closet, and it would be hard to really "cure" whatever would be causing such terrible damage to her arms.
"I have painkillers, but not a Pokémon that can cure whatever is causing that. If you need it, I can see if I can get something to help you sleep if they're keeping you up, but I need some time. As for your arms…" The woman said, looking down at the cell door for a moment before a hand went to her belt. A moment later, a Porygon2 hovered just before the cell door, humming to itself with electricity. "I can bandage them and help with the lasting pain, but you need to promise me that you will not try anything." Soyeon said calmly to her, glancing down the way she came. It was hard to imagine somebody like Elinor sprinting away in this condition. She looked more ready to collapse from exhaustion than to stage a getaway, but if she escaped on her watch…Soyeon shuddered to imagine the punishment. "They have armed guards with Pokémon stationed outside the wing, and regular patrols going around. I do not care if you smash my head into the wall for what they have done to you, but the moment you step out of this cell, there will be at least a group of people that will revel at the chance to make you feel more pain than what you are experiencing now. I just want to help you."
Soyeon placed a hand on the bars while observing Elinor, slowly putting her hand through the cell as she looked at the beaten down woman before her. "Do you trust me?"
