• Prior to Goodbye Galar and after the events of Postdormitum, the Pokemon Wo-chien approached Underboss Elisabeth Fiorelli for Avatarship.
• It is recognized as the Pokemon reported in the Borders at the seal by the jubokko tree.
• From dahlia goode's RVL route, the Pokemon would be recognized as one of the four associated with the 'Ruination.' However, the Wo-chien appears willing to listen to Elisabeth at present, creating a tentative sense of reassurance.
• Admin Bee witnessed a timeline that showed a similar event of 'Ruination,' in which mist from the Interdream Zone was strangely present.
• The full scope of Elisabeth's abilities is as of yet unknown, due to her being out-of-sorts post-Avatarship, but plant manipulation and stripping of existing terrain with blight and decay would be publicly recognized as abilities she currently possesses.
• Rockets are advised to be mindful that her moods are highly volatile at present and appear tied to her abilities.
• The blight in the Petalburg Woods is directly attributed to Elisabeth's powers.
• It is believed that Elisabeth or Wo-chien killed the Celebi of this timeline in a fit of rage after it sought to deny her Avatarship.
• The Celebi was witnessed purifying dead plants and bringing them back to life prior to its death, giving insight on its abilities. It was also able to allow insight into other timelines.
