I. IC BACKGROUND & CONTEXT

Elisabeth Fiorelli has for the past year lived undercover as a civilian florist in a cottage on the outskirts of the Petalburg Woods, while quietly rising up in the ranks of Rocket from a grunt developing black market poisons, to Rocket admin of intelligence, to finally underboss.[break][break]

After the events of Postdormitum, she received the Avatarship of Wo-chien, one of the Ruinous Beasts. In the aftermath of that Avatarship, she blighted a significant portion of the Petalburg Woods with ruin, devastating her old home in the process.[break][break]

This Avatarship has also escalated the scornful and embittered parts of her personality to such an extreme it has made her completely abandon her old life.[break][break]

Which makes it a prime time for the League to find out about her misdeeds.[break][break]

II. PLOT PURPOSE

The purpose of this plot is for Leaguers to connect the dots and uncover the following ICly for the League faction up until the storyline of GOODBYE GALAR:[break][break]

• Elisabeth is a former Rocket intelligence admin.
• Elisabeth has been selling and developing black market poisons on behalf of Rocket her entire time in Hoenn.
• Elisabeth is the creator of a poison that almost killed angelo vestri (unbeknownst to her).
• Elisabeth is the Wo-chien avatar and tied to the Ruinous Beasts.
• Elisabeth's powers include blighting the land and are directly related to the blight in the Petalburg Woods.
• Elisabeth will arrive unmasked at the SHIELD raid in GOODBYE GALAR with Wo-chien out, confirming any lingering doubts or suspicions achieved during this investigation.

I. BLIGHT IN THE PETALBURG WOODS

A mysterious blight of rot and decay has overtaken a significant area of the Petalburg Woods as a direct result of Wo-chien's influence. Threads can involve investigating the site and potentially encountering Elisabeth, or finding evidence of what occurred there.[break][break]

Rangers may also wish to help the wildlife in the affected area, or to try and heal the withered and barren terrain, discovering it is the influence of something supernatural and strange.[break][break]

II. HAUNTED COTTAGE

Elisabeth Fiorelli's cottage -- which served as her place of work "Fiorelli Floristry" as well as her home -- is now riddled in thorns like a cursed home in a fairy tale. However, much of what is inside and below the home is intact.[break][break]

Her basement would be able to be broken into, revealing all manner of black market poisons. One would be a direct copy of the one that poisoned angelo vestri.[break][break]

Her home would include sentimental things, but also her customer list in Hoenn, giving a potential list of clients to investigate. A serpentine mask would also be available to be found, denoting her as the Rocket wearing it during the raid in Littleroot as well as during Postdormitum.[break][break]

Elisabeth dissolved many civilian and League relationships abruptly after her Avatarship. Investigations into those who knew her would reveal cryptic flower arrangements sent, their petals wilting. There is the potential to unearth any unusual suspicions that were had about the woman prior to her disappearance.[break][break]

Former Rockets may wish to expose Elisabeth's standing as an underboss and former standing as a Rocket admin of intelligence as a way of gaining trust with the League and dahlia goode.[break][break]

This is especially the case for Remiel Calcifet and Rowan Wrynn who had a tentative agreement with Elisabeth not to turn on one another, only for them to receive an ominous set of flowers suggesting that deal is now null and void.[break][break]
