A rustling noise. Delilah raised an eyebrow as Ariadne scurried across the picnic blanket to see what was causing the sound.[break][break]
A curious Venonat appeared from behind a bush, its large red eyes watching Delilah expectantly. Ariadne made several distraught clicks, then released a TOXIC THREAD at the other bug. Delilah laughed as it yelped in surprise, getting caught immediately, then threw a Pokeball.[break][break]
"Ever vigilant," she chuckled, patting the spider on her rounded back. "Thank you for always watching my back."[break][break]
She yawned, checking the time.[break][break]
"I suppose we ought to get going. We have that party at Starlight Casino to attend later. It's under new management, you know. I've heard it's much classier now."
