It did make her feel a little bit awkward as she was unsure of how to make small talk with the girl but for some reason the syngasuit made it seem like she liked music..."Hey, shalin, right?" she asks to confirm even though she knew very well her name was shalin. [break][break]

Ultra Sea was a place Shalin had become familiar with by now. Her green-scaled SYGNA SUIT made her look like the Flygon she was standing next to. While it didn't have a pair of wings, as they would cause drag and get in the way, she otherwise looked much like a Flygon, including the red eye shields to cover parts of her face from the vicious winds the powers of her suit ruitinely subject her to. "That's right! Melody, right? Josh Devlin has told me all about you. How strong you are and everything!"

At Melody's suggestion, Shalin nodded in agreement. "I think that's our best shot!" While it wasn't exactly that Shalin liked music in general (though Shalin loved Step Step Revolution), she loved Pokémon that could make noise in a particular way. "This is gonna look really weird, but it's how we get the energy between us flowing as fast as we can," she explained. "Lift me up, Sandy!" The lithe green-ette stepped backward, straddling her Flygon's wing as it lifted her off the ground. She grabbed on with her legs and hands like one would ride on a Pokémon's back, the dragon and Shalin's SYNC STONE beginning to glow. As the buglike ground-type Pokémon's wings started to hum, Shalin rapidly rose and fell above the one she was atop, though the Ultra Realm's visual distortion slowed both their perceptions of the wing to the point where they could each see its individual beats.

Melody smiles "Oh you know josh?!" she says as suddenly she enjoyed this girl a lot more, compliments were the way to Melody's heart after all. [break][break]

She watches the girl's sygnasuit activate as they both defend against the onslaught of the strange object together with their sygnasuits. She had never seen a flygon themed one before, she found it to be pretty. The weirdest one for sure was the Kecleon one that CIAN MAHER had. [break][break]

She decides to focus on mining as last time she defend with Hideo Kino. "I'm gonna keep mining, you mind keeping them at bay? I wanna see you in action since you're josh's friend!" As she focuses her efforts on mining as she sends out her gargancle and has it begin to use it's massive strength and body to slam into the stones to break apart the "earth" that was holding it in place. Melody would not receive a response from Shalin, verbal or nonverbal; it took every bit of her concentration to remain seated on her Flygon's wing. To her, it was strange not seeing the world around her become a complete blur; though it was still challenging to see, there was a big difference when the world around her moved only at the speed of a small bird's wingbeat.

Adrenaline shot to every corner of her body as she commanded a BUG BUZZ from the Flygon, a BUG ZONE and her presence on the wing amplifying its volume to almost unbearable levels. The wild child let out a loud, blissful cry as she was being shaken about far faster than it appeared; while there was the illusion of her going at a much slower, but still ridiculously fast speed, she was being flung up and down so fast that she would have been reduced to paste if not in her suit. Even her suit seemed to be buzzing from the raw speed and power on display from the Flygon.

The maddening noise, while it wasn't an effective means of attack, drove the surrounding Naganadel away, but not the Nihilego. With no plainly visible hearing organ, the rock-type may have been immune to sound. The Ultra Beast floated in Melody's direction. "Look out!" Shalin cried, but her warning may have been too distorted to hear over the shrill vibration!

A sparkling aria collides into the nihilego who rushed her as Melody's primarina, Melody was still able to pick up on the girl's call out as she had the training to pick up those subtle noises amongst a sea of noises. The nihilego flees after the one attack as it seemed it was afraid of something else, something that suddenly appeared before them all.

A fusion of a pokemon appears. [break][break]

This was the second time she had seen it happen, the first time was with Hideo Kino. It looked like a weird amalgam of a arcanine and a ninetails...two fire types. It was going to be sporting some serious power behind it's attacks if that was the case. Melody focuses on it and sends a z-move flying at it immediately as she gives it no chance to attack them first and unleashes her Z-MOVE Crashing Crescendo!

The creature before them was graceful yet terrifying. An amalgamation of two of the swiftest fire-types on the planet, Melody was wise to command her partner to go all-out with its Z-MOVE: CRASHING CRESCENDO. The weight of the ocean smashed into anyone within range of the Primarina's song, including Shalin and her Flygon. Even with her suit, the added weight of the water surrounding her made her entire body feel like it was throbbing as her Sygna Pokémon's wings had to beat harder and harder to maintain the BUG BUZZ.

Though the swift fire-type hybrid had nowhere to run, collapsing and melting into purple goop on the spot, the idol's Z-Power engulfed Shalin and Sandy as collateral damage. She found herself on the ground, Sandy alongside her and in awful shape. Red bruises appeared on the scales of her suit, which had by now become so integrated with her that it mirrored the ones underneath her vibration-agitated skin. She wanted to shout at Melody for not giving her warning, but Shalin wouldn't have been able to hear her anyway. Such was the price of being a trainer that fought using loud noise.

The shaking female crawled to her feet, trying to thank Melody for ultimately saving her, but could not speak. It was not the sight of the fused Pokémon, but what was about to come, that would ultimately break even her...

Still, through these translucent barriers, you catch a glimpse of a nearby planet. One that looks suspiciously like the one you all live in—except that a large portion of it seems covered in land.[break][break]

You must escape with your gathered material. Your ally or allies may be incapacitated by the paranoia settling in their psyches, or perhaps, the eldritch mutations beginning to metamorphose their body or bodies.[break][break]

Depending on how much your characters have mined, you may need to lessen your extracted load to ensure successful escape from this wretched place. After all, the horrors that reside here may make chase.

"Sorry sorry!" she says rushing towards @shalinariya and letting the energy from the sygnasuits wash over her to try and heal her, she wasn't sure if this would work but she had to try. Her pokemon rush in to continue to fight off the fused creature as melody had no idea what was going on here. Was it the dream zone? Mixing pokemon and creating copies of current ones? Melody wasn't sure, her priority right now was to ensure that Shalin was ok. [break][break]

She helps Shalin up and tries to have the girl throw her arm over her "Let's just get out of here, I fucked that up." she says as Primarina fends the line and melody lessens the load as Shalin was currently reeling from the effects of her z-move. [break][break]
