[attr="class","body"] Noel had arrived early to the meeting spot by the shore. He had his arms crossed and was scanning all around until he had finally spotted his friend Ollie.

[break][break] He almost didn't recognize his friend but he knew this had to be Ollie. Dewford was his hometown yet he never ventured outside of it or participated in many of its events but he couldn't pass down an invitation from his friend. Noel approaches him and gives him a smile while also extending his hand out for a handshake.

[break][break] "aw, just you wait. you'll see. the thrill of these roller coasters are somethin' else. almost like a good battle!" he slaps his friend on the back, just as they're let into the attraction. a metal bar straps them in and suddenly they're off.

[break][break] moments later, when they descend, even ollie's a bit breathless.

Some time passed and they had both entered the ride, it spun around over and over and it almost got to Noel but he held strong. This definitely had tested the limits of his body but he remained triumphant.[break][break]

"How... was that? I... bet you must be done now right?"[break][break]

He was out of breath but still he could continue on. He saw one more challenge in their way and nodded towards a pendulum ride as if he was motioning in its direction.[break][break]

[break][break] "never! you think that can just get to me?"

[break][break] even so, ollie wasn't as young as he pretended to be. it was clear that he was a bit more weary than he let on.

[break][break] "wait - give me a second." he pried open a water bottle, gushing it over his face before he shook his head. "okay! let's go!"

[break][break] the pendulum ride was a lot easier than the other rides he'd been on, but he still smirked as they stepped onboard, glancing at his friend with daring eyes.

The ride was easier than the previous ones, it was like Noel had an iron stomach and nothing could penetrate it. It wouldn't be easy for something to cause Noel to lose composure on any of these rides or attractions. He quickly heads to a food stall and purchases 2 cotton candies. Handing one over to Ollie and keeping the other to himself.[break][break]

"Here you go, lets take a small break for now, it looks like you could use it."[break][break]

Speeding through the obstacle course Noel is the first to reach the finish line. It was clear Ollie was coming to that age where speed wouldn't be his strong suit anymore. Nevertheless Noel would still accompany his friend and spend as much time as they could together.[break][break]

[break][break] Noel Parker might have thought he was faster than him, but there was one thing that he had over noel. this entire time, noel had only had the shores of dewford to train on, to accompany him. ollie, on the other hand, not only had the cliffs of evergrande to contest with but he'd spent the last decade as a ranger. a ranger who regularly trained with pokemon as well as natural disasters.
