his hand rises out of instinct in a gesture that would have normally resulted with the earth being manipulated. he catches himself before that happens, however, and lowers his hand back down before accompanying it with a sigh.[break][break]

this battle might just be lost.[break][break]

tyrantrum thrashes around in GRASS KNOT but it's unable to break free. so it summons an ANCIENT POWER to bring mint frost's abomasnow closer to it, and when it nears, it lashes out to CRUNCH down.

Straciatella is dragged forward and he roared in protest, her megastone glimmering. Mint's own keystone earring began to brighten, "Don't let her control your movement!" he called out as the dual type began to shine with rainbow light, growing in size before the Tyrantrum managed to grasp at her with her teeth. In response, the Mega Abomasnow WOOD HAMMERs her in the side, intent of forcefully removing the dinosaur's jaw from her other arm.

WOOD HAMMER cracks tyrantrum's STRONG JAW, separating the joints to leave it agape, unable to do anything but flop helplessly around. it tries to snap its jaw back shut, CRUNCHING down on nothing but air which brings the battle to an inevitable end.[break][break]

matias drags it out, however, and refuses to recall his tyrantrum.[break][break]

The ground around Straciiatella rumbled as ANCIENT POWER sucked in various colorful rugs and some bits of broken furniture. The abomasnow isn't fast, trading speed for defense in her current form. But she powers through a GRASS KNOT writhing to catch her before she dropped fully. "Finish her!" Mint yelled.[break][break]

If she didn't now, she'd waste her mega evolution unable to hit her opponent and then have to deal with the fatigue at a disadvantage on lower ground. Straciatella obeyed, glowing with power before the temperature drops and fierce gale swooped forward like knives. She unleashes her SHEER COLD while she's still in point blank range.
