Know how much pain she's in the moment he grabs onto her arm? To say her left hand feels like it dislodged itself is an understatement, she feels like it's pulled, but believe it or not, her grip strength doesn't dare let go. Pet Shop has to compensate for the weight, but she can handle a perfectly good himbo. Genny practically holds her breath at the moment of colision, only to find it all falling down, as the BUG BUZZ cannot be fully dodged, and tears into Genny and Pet Shop's mind.[break][break]

Even in the strike, Genny holds on for dear life, her hazel eyes fastened upwards about to roll up in her head, as she grips onto Pet Shop with one hand, and her bird with the other. She can feel her mind being ripped apart, like her head is killing her beyond a migraine and a hangover together, but her grip just tightens harder, determination the only thing keeping her hold. Between the pain in her head, and her left arm?[break][break]

The only way she's dropping Ollie is when she dies.[break][break]

One more for the road, Genny lets go of Pet Shop a moment, and pulls out her ball. Gigawatt the Pawmi, spawning atop the Pidgeot.[break][break]

"Lock them... DOOOOOOWN!" Through gritted, pained teeth, Genny's roar is a command that Gigawatt isn't used to, and in a panic, he does just that. And with a squeak, the little fighter shoots outTHUNDER WAVE to Neon's Altaria, intent to end this battle. NOW.

As life seeps out of Lima, she can vaguely see her trainer and partner careening to the earth and trying to stabilize. With her dying breath she summons a SAFEGUARD, trying to keep their travel safe before the bug types eyes close and she can no longer rejoin with her party. [break][break]

Neon is fully focused on clinging to his Altaria as she tries to glide back down and slow their fall, summoning up cotton to protect each other. He barely can turn to look up at Genny's screaming and see the sparking flash towards them, only to be intercepted by a strange soothing wind that seems to wrap around them like a strange jetstream. Neon goes form concerned to grinning, flipping off Head Ranger and his protégé. "Eat shit, Morales!" he shouted back with a shrill autotuned cackle as the TWISTER follows up. [break][break]

Ada pushes through, shrieking as the TWISTER follows their trajectory. She tries to turn them into a living cotton ball, COTTON GUARD rapidly making them into a fluffy white sphere. The pair slam onto the ground, bouncing and skidding on the earth. The TWISTER follows, ripping off chunks of cotton and pushing them further lie ka skipping rock. [break][break]

There's a moment where neither move before Neon pops his head out of a wall of fluff. "Thanks Ada, you beautiful blue baby girl." he blurted out as the winds disappear. His Altaria doesn't reply, knocked out completely. "Aww girl.." he murmured before realizing Lima wasn't bouncing back. He calls for her, clicking on his pokeball before realizing the damn thing doesn't work. [break][break]

"Oh."

There's a sharp metallic snap as he breaks her pokeballs and leaves it where he stands. He returns the Altaria and turns to track his opponents before darting into the underbrush. No time to grieve right now. He had to get away.
