The tunnels, albeit deep, are somewhat illuminated by the natural light of the tera crystals that seemed to infest the underground. Part of him wondered if this had always been here? But when remembering the underground in Sinnoh, he doubted it. [break][break]

Something was off about all this. And at the heart of the underground, that's where they'd figure out what exactly. He assumed anyway. If they could get past all the wild HEATRAN. Neon moves carefully through the caves, trailing after League forces he thinks are sending scouts and messengers back out to the shores. [break][break]

He sticks close to the walls, moving as quickly and quietly as he could, trying to find and intercept a scout. "Dog, coming in." he said to his little mouse pokemon. "Go play." he said, watching the little Dedenne rush off and slam into the poor fool that stumbled onto them with a PLAY ROUGH.

First the crystal mines down while dealing with what felt like an brand new island on Hoenn with this new terrain as Hoenn's landscape seemed to try and adjust to the new and while he knows the Rangers would love to study this place more to learn a new terrain to stand on Razz knows they need to check to see if this place was safe first. Primarily with protecting a couple of scientist as they check the area out, while Razz is there as a protector as a member of AQUA. [break][break]

He informs them and partner the others that he will sweep the perimeter and is given a Mr. Rime as help. A tad more battled focused Razz ventures the caves a bit, attention rising as suddenly the Mr. Rime grunts in pain as it's hit with the PLAY ROUGH, Salem taking the lead as he goes toward the fight and uses SHADOW BALL in retaliation at the mouse pokemon. Razz not far back[break][break]

Dog, already in close proximity to the Meowstic, is launched backwards by the SHADOW BALL. The rotund mouse rolls backwards a few feet before popping up again. As they move in to try a good SUPER FANG, Neon pushes around the pokemon and towards the ranger. [break][break]

His hands are loose at in front of him and his helmet lights up with the typical LED grin before he tries to sucker punch the ranger. "How 'bout just the first part?" he asked, electronic voice ringing out loud and clear despite the slight distortion.

Salem is ready to cross paths with the other's pokemon as he would trust his trainer to deal with the Rocket. Though as he prepares for battle it seems like the rat had no interest in him. But rather his trainer, the psychic cat is about to give proper warning before the Mr. Rime is in front, taking the SUPER FANG in Razz's place before it shoots out a ICE SHARD from it's hand with the opponent being so close. [break][break]

The punch hits it's mark but Razz has taken harder. Rather than letting the other get away with the punch without retaliation he does use the fact that the other got so close in order to grab the Rocket's wrist to pull closer while using his other arm to jab his elbow into the other's chest to try and knock the wind out of them.

"Oooh you've broken a jaw before-HRRK!" Neon began, as he's yanked forward before feeling something jab him hard in the sternum. He choked for moment but doesn't crumple only using his free claw at Razz's throat and push him backwards while he tries to land his own foot of the Ranger's toes. The voice changer still works on coughs and weird static noises come out of the helmet. [break][break]

Dog on the other hand is blown back, letting out an almost comical squeak from the ICE SHARD. Still, persistent as ever, the fat mouse gets up and scurries quickly towards Salem and Mr. Ryme, before letting off a PARABOLIC CHARGE among them with a shriek.

Razz pulls back with the claw, just barely enough where it isn't lethal but it did get a good enough scratch to draw blood. It stung but he would get through it as he was forced to step back before the stomping of his foot, Razz giving the other a cold stare, "I've broken bodies before," he answers back with as much venom he could muster, trying to come off more intimidating that what he was really wanting to be. Seeing if it couldn't make the other faulter just enough for him to take proper advantage. [break][break]

Meanwhile with the battle of pokemon the PARABOLIC CHARGE hits Salem's DISGISE breaks taking no damage as he counters against the rat using PSYCHIC to counter attack afterward. The Mr. Rime not as lucky with defending itself but after the shock counters with a PSYBEAM.

"Oooh! Spicy!" Neon chirps back, enthusiastically. Neon doesn't get the result he wants as Razz backs up quickly. He's not choking nearly enough for his liking. But, he could always try again. [break][break]

"What's your body count then, hot stuff?" he asked, leaning into the venom with playful cheer. He looks over Razz quickly, trying to find any scuff marks or cuts and tears. Neon moves in, not finding anything in specific, and not wanting to give Razz too much time to strategize. "C'mon then," he begins as he darts in, going for a feint of a punch and dropping down as he aimed a hard kick down towards Razz's ankles, trying to make him fall. [break][break]

Well he wasn't dealing with a rookie rookie is all he figures when his attempt to intimidate the other didn't work. Oh well when one door closes just try another as he would attempt to fight. Though without Salem to help counter his blind side he feels almost out of sorts. Especially as the masked man comes from his blind side so he tried for a more generic block for the assumed punch. Least until he is knocked down by a swipe of the leg. [break][break]

Razz puts down a hand to brace his fall on, though on fall Razz slams the ground with a fireball from his other hand for a mini explosion to propel himself back and get the other away from him. "Make a guess I'll tell you if you're close," he grumbles back as he uses the distance the explosion pushed him back to gain balance once more. [break][break]

Though there is some distraction as there is a cry of pain that comes from the Mr. Rime.
